When the original owners sold this carry out the high quality food and professional service when down hill with the people who brought it. I would stop eating here the same year the original Asian owners sold it to whoever. I believe it was in 2009. It was the BEST before it was sold to these people owning and operating now. They are not the Szechuan Delight these ppl kept the name, everything else is not the original awesome Szechuan Delight.

This place used to be really good but the last few times we've gone it's dropped in quality. I usually order online and go in to pick up. The woman at the front is less engaged and the food was so dried out. As my mom put it, it tasted like it was cooked yesterday and sat out all night.
To be honest I never ate from this place whatsoever so my review may come of no concern to any of you. But the employees are rude. All I ask is if the sell cheese steak, which is not uncommon for a Chinese carry out where I'm from. "She goes we Chinese food no we don't have that why would you ask." A simple no would have been fine. I understand this is a Chinese carryout that don't know how to make a cheese steak got it ?. Fr a simple no works because I had some of the best cheese steaks from Chinese carry outs fr. Just say your carry out don't have it not that Chinese people don't make it..... sigh smh

It's one of the better places for carry out Chinese food. I recommend it for the neighborhood we lived in, which is the Lincolnia part of Alexandria Their egg drop soup is the best I've ever tasted having visited most of not all Chinese restaurants in Alexandria. Their egg serving is much more their others!

I was 9 years old when I had first came here. I’m now 23. Me and mom would sit in the back near the trees and eat our yummy dishes. We’d share fried rice and chicken garlic sauce together with one can of Pepsi. I think the management has changed and the fried rice isn’t the same as it was before. Can the owner please contact me and or anyone else tell me where previous management had gone? My mother would like to eat the same fried rice years ago. Thank you.

I've been gone for 10+ years, so I was disappointed to hear that it is under new management. Simple fried rice was messed up! Didn't taste good! Crab Rangoon lacks crab meat! It seems like they didn't even put one on it! It was all cream cheese!

I ordered chicken fried rice and thai chicken curry. Im not sure what the ‘meat’ was in these dishes but it was sure not chicken. The fried rice was bland and had no egg or peas. I would not eat here again.
