The shorter Hispanic girl working the drive-thru is consistently rude and unprofessional every time she’s there. Her customer service is terrible, including again this morning (7/2/25). It’s a disappointing experience every time she’s working.

This Taco Bell has to be the worst restaurant. First, there was water puddles in the lobby area. The employees didn’t seem to bother about getting your food or assistance with people and the order screens. The computer screen ordering system should be an option, not the primary order system. Several people came into the restaurant and had trouble using the system.

It was absolutely horrible. Where was my crunch wrap that I paid $8 for?? They also managed to get every. single. taco and burrito wrong. Soft shell instead of hard shell, chicken instead of beef, no avocado-ranch… When I picked it up I even asked if it was complete and they claimed it was all in the bag. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

After repeating my small order a few times, they still included the ingredient I’m allergic to, and snickered (???) while handing me my order. Weird and disrespectful vibes. I’m mostly dropping this review to remind myself to never come here again.

Ordered from door dash and asked for breakfast salsa, I didn't even get one. I understand if you are out but then replace it with another sauce, don't just give the customer nothing. Also when I called this store the last time the lady that answered was extremely rude.

So one of the workers made me repeat my order 3 times and the other worker laughed after I had to raise my voice and I was audibly irritated. The order did show the correct amount on the screen while the worker proceeded to mock me. I don’t know what was funny about irritating a repeat customer. I was coming here every other night after my long shift sometimes spending up to 20$ a night. What is actually funny I won’t be spending 100$ a week here anymore. Starting to meal prep while you Taco Bell let these unprofessional people bring your place to the ground.
