i ordered breakfast a grande sausage burrito box with hashbrown and medium baja blast. a sausage breakfast crinchwrap and a cheesy sausage burrito. i took two bites of the crunch wrap and both burritos they were bland had horrible dry taste and thw hashbrown was as hard as a hockey puck not enjoyable and not edible. THE ONLY THING ACCEPTABLE WAS THE BAJA BLAST AND I REFILLED IT TWICE.

How is this place so inefficient. They need better training or replace the manager because a drive through should not take 45 minutes and on top of that STILL get the order wrong. This is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to and that’s including those Taco Bell/ Pizza Hut combos

My husband went through the drive thru and specifically asked for his order with a food restriction (allergy). As soon as he got home he saw the whole order was wrong, he called the store for a credit but they said he had to come back to the store. He ended going back with the order and explained to them the person didn’t give him his correct order. When he got back he had only checked partially the order before leaving. And saw they STILL DIDN’T make the order correct. Nacho fries had sour cream which was the food allergy. They clearly are not paying attention or listening to the customer. Waste of money and time having to go back. Manager should refund his order for lack of quality control.

This is disrespectful. First of all, I ordered by phone and when I got there to pick up my food, they made me wait 35 minutes for my order, a beef taco and 2 quesadillas, and they attached a photo. This is disrespectful. It was just the tortilla with lettuce. I hope the manager of this place sees the comment and takes action on the staff. It is outrageous. I will never order here again. I will never order from this place.
