Dear management

Stop putting online orders and delivery orders on the rack. This is the second time that someone took my order and I had to wait for 25 mins so they can remake it. You're losing money and I'm losing time for your incompetence. Put the orders in the back, please.

It seemed that they were understaffed and paying more attention to drive through as there were 3 ppl (including myself) waiting in the front. Apparently, my mobile order was ready but no one bothered to look for where it was once a rep inquired about it.

Unfortunately I would never come to this Taco bell because I do read reviews first before coming to anywhere to eat and let's say out of 100 views, you only had 5/6 people give you 3 or 4 stars and that says a lot!!

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the service has consistently been disappointing. My most recent visit was around 2 AM to pick up a DoorDash order through the drive-thru. The worker told me my order wasn’t showing up in their system, even after I showed her the confirmation and receipt on my phone. She insisted it wasn’t there, was rude in her responses, and then went to the back saying the order had been deleted and would need to be remade.

Moments later, another employee walked by holding my food, proving the order had been prepared the entire time. The dishonesty and attitude made the situation unnecessarily frustrating, especially given that it was late at night and not busy.

When we finally got the food, the cheesy fiesta potatoes had nachos mixed in (clear cross-contamination), and no sauce packets were provided despite being requested.

This kind of service and lack of care is unacceptable. Management really needs to address both customer service and food quality at this location.

Got a $7 box served with brown wilted lettuce. This is the second time this location has served me garbage instead of quality food. I did the survey no help last time. So maybe you will respond. Or do better. But surely dont serve trash to customer take their hard earned money call wilted brown lettuce quality food. VERY DISCUSSEDED
