It seemed that they were understaffed and paying more attention to drive through as there were 3 ppl (including myself) waiting in the front. Apparently, my mobile order was ready but no one bothered to look for where it was once a rep inquired about it.

My personal experience here wasn’t bad. Ordered online and got what I asked for. They didn’t have baja blast zero, but they asked me if i wanted mountain dew zero and i took that.
