The rudest manager I have ever seen. Omg the way she was treating the employees was unacceptable. Yelling ‘go! Go! go! Clean the table! And you better sanitize!’ Lady! You are in America now! You need to change your attitude towards the people that work hard to get you your salary and bonus while I saw you in the middle of the dinning room watching YouTube on your phone and on speaker! And the way you responded to me when I asked for the restroom,’ I told you to go right away because it is on auto lock! Say what? If it wasn’t for my son who did not want to be embarrassed, you would have definitely heard me. Taco Bell please do better and hire people that can lead with respect!

I've been stopping by this Taco Bell for about five years now, mostly because it's right on my way home. Overall, it's one of the better locations I've visited. The service can vary depending on the day, which is understandable given the nature of fast food work and the challenges of a busy team.
Most of the time, the staff is friendly, upbeat, and quick with orders. It’s always a nice touch when they greet me with a smile and seem genuinely happy to help. Occasionally, there are slower moments (like one person is running the whole kitchen) but those experiences are the exception, not the rule.
At the end of the day, this place consistently gets the job done. The food is usually fresh and fast, and I keep coming back because, more often than not, the experience is a good one. Nobody’s perfect, but for a quick bite on the way home, this Taco Bell has earned its spot in my routine.
They are always fast and rarely miss anything on my usually pretty large orders.

By far the best Taco Bell in NOVA. We get a baja blast freeze here nearly once a week and the machine is always reliable. Most TBells you go to nowadays have a mediocre machine at best that works every so often 🤣 But this location always slaps. The freeze is the perfect consistency of ice and juice. Can’t beat it! And the employees are always friendly. Highly recommend!

first time at this location, i take one bite of my taco and in my mouth, i feel something sharp and hard and hairy. I pull out this little piece of plastic or glass. It has lint stuck on it, completely ruining my appetite and meal.
