I will never be coming to this location ever again even though I live only 2 minutes away from here! Avoid this location at all costs!!!! Employees here at this store are so rude they make you feel unwelcomed instead of serving food with a smile they ask me why do I like eating their food and makes you feel uncomfortable as if not wanting to serve you and they are very ungrateful for my business which I was a regular customer but will avoid coming here at all costs.

I was overcharged for my meal.Tacos were completely soggy & covered in water.I ordered Supreme Tacos & was given Regular Tacos.Cashier barely spoke English & couldn't understand me nor the other customers in line.

So I’ve been coming here for years, never any issues. Last week I went in and got a cheesy Gordita crunch, I drove off 5 minutes down the road and opened up my bag to eat at home. What I found was a stale taco, very stale, not good. Also in my bag was a customer support number for this franchise. I emailed the contact on the card and within 20 minutes the franchisee got back to me and told me my next meal there was free. This level of professionalism is very refreshing. This location made a mistake on my taco, and immediately fixed it. All is well. Huge shoutout to Gaurav (the person who so kindly offered me the complimentary make-up meal) and manager Tinsae for being so kind when I went in later for my free meal.

I never thought I would make a review like this but apparently I am. The food here was terrible. It made me feel extremely sick and after some time it felt like I was exploding a bathroom toilet. The service was pretty decent but it was well understaffed. I wasn't able to get the refund I deserved because there was no manager available.I will not come back here.

Unclean! I just watched a staff member come out of the dining room having finished eating, finish touching their phone, get paper towels, wipe their mouth, toss trash, and then go back to the service line without washing hands.Unsanitary. Unclean. Unacceptable.

This place can be hit or miss. The staff is excellent, but they make online orders before you get there. When I received my food, I got it instantly, and after a five minute drive the food was cold. They also mess up your order from time to time. The seating area cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, but the food is usually about as good as you can get for a taco bell. So overall, I still choose to go here rather than drive another 15mins in each direction

They forgot to put tomatoes in my all 3 of my crunchy tacos i did request for no cheese on the tacos but i wouldve have liked my tomatoes too but other than that it was made fast. Please you also forgot the hot sauce! This was at noon today .

Avoid this place at all costs! We have had to go because of its proximity. The employees at the drive-through can't be bothered to take your order. The 1st guy would say, "Is that all?" After every word you say. I thought it was a prank that just wasn't funny. Today, we went, and the drive-through lady was on the phone with her mom the whole time. Trying to order at the box was an exercise in repetition. After she couldn't get the order right, we drove up to the window where she was still talking to her mom to the extent that she couldn't acknowledge we were there. She just handed over a bag of whatever she thinks she heard from the order. I hope her and her mom work out paying for her tuition so maybe she can find a job she's willing to work. Consistently the worst Taco Bell spanning two continents and 8 states.

Impatient drive through worker, with attitude and rolling her eyes the entire time .Edit:Since this review I believe she has been removed. Only recieved excellent service from then on. The woman I typically see now is very nice & accommodating. Keep up the great service.
