You must order ahead with the app at this location. Management understaffs the kitchen and wait times exceed 20 minutes at totally predictable rush times. Otherwise, restaurant is basically clean and civilized and food quality is pretty decent.

Came in at 3:30 pm and it was very busy. While we were waiting for our food I noticed a crew member just standing on her phone and briefly talking to customers when they asked for the bathroom code but nothing else. There were 3 or 4 lady's who were working their butts off trying to get through the rush with multiple people getting upset and fussing at them. Eventually I had to use the restroom and found the toilet in the lady's completely covered in pee and no toilet paper to even be able to wipe away the pee, so naturally I went to ask for it to be cleaned since they also have a sign saying to let them know of such things. The person I ask went an told someone else because I think she was about to get off work. The man she asked was huffing and puffing about having to clean the restroom to which I said I would clean it myself if they just give me a rag and the cleaner I would do it since I've worked in the food industry I understand sometimes the restrooms are the absolute last thing on your mind in a rush. The man told me to use the men's and after I asked for the code to the men's he then very aggressivly asked me what was wrong with the lady's restroom, I told him about the pee on the seat and he didn't believe me. He didn't even know the code to the lady's room. After I used the men's I went to the same person I asked about the restroom and asked for the manager and it turned out he was the manager. I went on a rant to her, which I honestly feel bad about since there was nothing she could do, but I found out their district manager was watching the cameras because of an incident that happened earlier in the day. If the district manager was truly watching the cameras then I have a few questions. Why did you not come and help those hard working lady's? Why didn't you call and inforce the no phones policy I know y'all have? Why is the music so damn loud that no one can hear anything? How can you sit behind a computer and watch them struggle and not do a thing to help? You could of turned off the delivery orders to give them a bit of a break? You need to have a team meeting with this crew and encourage them to work together and if you decide to keep that girl that was standing around on her phone causing a rush you have horrible judgement.

Placed order for Crunchwrap combo- only received the coffee and 2 Cinnabon delights. Then when notified - they told me they could not replace - I could not go back and just re-order the sandwich. They said I could come pick up in person but the reason I use Grubhub is because I am Handicapped.

Feel so bad for these workers. I’m giving 5 stars for the workers busting their butts off tonight. They were working their tails off and never once stopped for HOURS. The manager was horrible to them and so were a lot of costumers. Who would screamed and berate them while making their food because the long wait times. They would continue to work and ignore the horrible things people were saying. I mean what do you expect when 50+ drunk people want taco bell? 45-60 minutes is a reasonable wait time considering the insane amount of dine in costumers not even including online pickup and delivery orders. Great job tonight. Good drinks and good food thanks to the staff and not the manager.

Only reason why a 5 is because yes the staff are amazing. But the manager on this date and time was madly rude to the rest of the staff. Yelling at staff when it’s a packed house and are having technical difficulties is no reason to take your anger out on the rest of the staff by yelling and embarrassing them in front of customers. Very unprofessional from the manager I suppose she is.

When I go in and order food, it is made pretty quickly but you gotta go at certain times because you’re in rush-hour. It takes longer than expected probably about 25 to 30 minutes so many people are ordering you have to account online orders as well as in-store orders so you have to be mindful about that and be patient. There’s no need for you to put a one star on this business. I mean this is food. Everybody wants to have Taco Bell. Food is fast quick and delicious.
I always get the Y2K Cantina Lux box. It is so good and very fulfilling.
I like how you can order from the screen, you can customize your order you can modify it. You can swap out items. It is very user-friendly and the food is made right in front of you. You can see the people making the food for you and the workers are clean. They have gloves on.
Overall very satisfying. And the employees are very friendly and provide excellent customer service
