Granted I walked in at 1am. There were a bunch of drunk people and a couple of homeless. The inside was gross. I was confused by the 2 different stations. One I guess was gor food delivery drivers snd the other for regular pick up. Random people keep grabbing bags (meals) looking at the bags. No one knew which bag was which. No one called out names or numbers. My drink came out of thr delivery counter but there was a beverage machine on the customer side of the counter. When I got my food after waiting patiently and 2 other drink individuals grabbing my bag, I walked to my truck to eat my food in peace and a clean environment, only to find my order was practically thrown together and unappealing in my dark vehicle. Im not usually one to complain but this place wasnt it. (For me)

Been waiting over 30 min BC they are out of what I ordered. Sadly I need to go back to work as I only had 30 minutes to pick up fast food. I’m also pissed as I can see my unfinished order getting cold.

I ordered a cantina chicken burrito… they literally stuck two pieces of fried chicken on a tortilla. I don’t know how that even happen I don’t remember that being a burrito.

Ordered via app for delivery. Food arrived 45 mins late. When I asked the driver they stated they were making another delivery and were delayed. Order was missing 3 items. Reached out to Taco Bell for refund or replacement on 6/28/25 and 7/1/25 with no response back. I would avoid this location at all costs.
