The food taste was fine, but the service was just ridiculous: they forgot to put chicken in the chicken bowl and forgot to give guacamole. Instead of “we’re so sorry” they gave me “you’re so annoying” look ?
Also, the portion size was smaller than usual.

Gave cashier change to get back even change. Cashier refused saying she was giving me whatever the computer said. Supervisor came and gave me the change i wanted.
I dont know why the cashier went out of her way to refuse to give me the change i wanted. I made a request that happens all the time when dealing with a cashier.
Thanks to the supervisor for being smarter than the computer, but i dont appreciate a little highschooler not being able to do simple math and then act like she wasnt in the wrong.

The store itself is really nice for a Taco Bell, but the food itself was the worst of any Taco Bell I’ve been to. I couldn’t even finish it.

My bean burrito soft tortilla shell was crunchy, and the worker making food remade it for me. She was so nice. They food was okay. Guacamole tasted a little sour. I went to sit and eat on the patio but immediately went back inside. There were mice running around everywhere. You might want to invest in some sort of rodent removal? Catch and release? I don't think I would eat there again only because of the rodent issue. I always worry that if they are outside, they can figure out how to get inside.
Great place to get something to eat in old town Alexandria, Virginia. Fast service and great staff.

I usually order online, but have seen this location in person and I’d rate them the best in the country if I could.
