This place was not good and a waste of money. I should have known better since there were too many cuisines offered- Chinese, Thai, and Sushi.
We ordered sushi, general tso’s chicken and the green curry. Nothing was particularly good. I had one bite of the curry and let them know I didn’t like it; all they offered was I order something else. They should have offered to take it off the bill- it was clear I didn’t like the other food items we ordered.
If you want a good fusion/mixed Asian place, save yourself some time and money and go to Akeno Sushi Bar and Thai Alexandria instead. Both thai and sushi were great there.

Taste of Asia is a local mom and pop restaurant in Alexandria where my family frequently orders our buffet style party trays from — we would highly recommend the Orange Chicken, Lo Mein, and stir fry options. The portions are generous, the food is delicious, and the staff is always friendly.

The food was incredibly good, this location is great for parties of 5-8 with the rolling disc table to share meals with a party family-style. The sushi platter and shrimp fried rice are exceptional as well and the nigiri is top-grade and fresh.

I have been eating here for years and had the chance to meet the owners, they were kind and deeply cared about my experience at their restaurant. Personally love the Kung Pao Chicken with white rice but also the beef Szechuan style, will be coming back more often.
