My first time ever writing a review. I finish all my food any restaurant I’ve been to. We ordered 6 different tacos and 2 appetizers. Genuinely the worst food and tacos I’ve ever had. Please go to Taco Bell instead.

I’ve been looking for good taco’s in the area and I finally found them! The salsa is great too. I had a salmon taco and a grilled shrimp taco. Both were delicious. My lunch companions had various lunch bowls. Everyone enjoyed their lunch. I will be returning again soon. I’m delighted to have found a place in Alexandria with good tacos.

Had a great time at Tequila & Taco! Edgar took excellent care of me at the bar, and even though the food took a little longer, it was clearly fresh and worth the wait. Big thanks to managers Felix and Dom for checking in and making sure everything was perfect. Really appreciate the hospitality—I’ll definitely be back!

This place is TERRIBLE and tastes of pure gentrification/ppl who don’t know what they are doing in the kitchen lol the pork belly nachos were such a let down, nacho cheese tastes like cheese whiz, lacks depth and flavor. Way too thick. The chicken empanadas were the most mediocre thing in there, once again, lacks flavor and is served with some weird overly salty green sauce 🤢. Dessert churros have a weird texture and are meh at best. The only thing that saved the apple empanadas was the vanilla ice cream it’s served with. This place is majorly overrated. Don’t bother
