Most of food tasted better than it looked. I may be 65 but thanks, I don't need prechewed food. Tonight's dinner went in the trash. It not only looked terrible, it WAS terrible. Only good thing about this company is that I didn't need to subscribe so I didn't have to UNsubscribe.
Now I need to go find something to get the taste of this "Mongolian Beef" hog slop out of my mouth.

WATCH OUT! Spoiled meals. So far this year I have received seven plus meals where the wrapper over the container is swollen. Two of those meals were that way the day they arrived. I contacted Territory support and they recommended that I not eat them but offered no further information. I have been a weekly user for over five years and was very satisfied until recently when they changed their packaging method and went to weekly delivery. Now the price is up 30%, they charge for delivery, there are no more salads and, of course, they potentially give you food poisoning. No thanks. I cannot risk getting sick.

Let me start by saying the food itself is great! It’s fresh and super convenient for meal prep throughout the week. The containers it comes in seem to be leak proof and I haven’t had any issues there.
Now the BAD,
They have changed things now to where you can only order 4,6,8,10,12 meals per order no more no less. Which is annoying because what if there isn’t enough choices that week that I like or maybe I just wanted 3 meals or even 5 meals that week but I can’t do that because they make you choose one of those amounts to order now.
Shipping, use to be free…. Now it’s $7-9$ per delivery yet somehow my account has been charging me almost $20 a week for shipping. This cost for shipping I feel is absolutely ridiculous.
Price, meals use to range from $9-$12 , they are now $12-$18. Just something to think about. The meals also use to have two sizes now they only have one size meal.
Customer Service is also a joke with the only way to talk to them is through email.

Almost all of the meals we have tried have been delicious! This service is so convenient, no prepping at all and incredibly fresh ingredients. Far better than the other prepared meal services we have used in the past. Customer service has been excellent as well. I have already recommended to all of my friends and family.

Used to be great. No more delivery to local gyms since covid. No expensive delivery costs. No more meal sizes, used to be three. Food is a hit and miss, which I didnt mind until the prive of the meals average $13-14 a meal now. Not worth it anymore. Shame I liked the variety.

Great if you like no flavor and super dry chicken...honestly impressive how dry they made everything. You can easily make healthy meals yourself for 1/2 the price with more flavor. The meals also only last 4 days so there's no use in ordering more than a couple at a time.
Yes, the food is very good. I would like to see the option of reordering foods that were previously delivered and liked. The tofo ginger was good.

I really like being able to filter for certain macros, but I also like that I can choose meals outside those macros if I so decide. I've had 3 of their meals so far and just confirmed pick-up for next week.
