I had an absolutely horrendous experience at this establishment. From the moment we were seated, it was clear that customer care was not a priority. The waiter made repeatedly snide, discriminatory remarks aimed at my sister and her wife—comments that were both demeaning and completely unacceptable.
The food was a disaster from start to finish: overcooked and tasteless, with no trace of the Impossible Meat we had hoped for. Not only were the mozzarella sticks missing, but they also ran out of the syrup I wanted for my drink. To add insult to injury, our food was served separately, and our drinks were forgotten entirely.
The final straw came when I stepped away to use the restroom. I witnessed a female staff member exit without even bothering to wash her hands—a serious health violation and a complete disregard for hygiene.
Overall, the lack of respect, poor service, and substandard food quality left me utterly appalled. I left immediately and have no intention of ever returning.

The food was good and the atmosphere was fun since it was karaoke night. Our waitress was nice but could've been more attentive. We had to ask for napkins and silverware, which was weird considering the empty tables around us had rolled up silverware waiting on the table for patrons while we had nothing on our table. After finishing our meal, we sat for quite a bit until she finally came around again so we could ask for the check. Overall, it's not bad but not great either.

This place is a joke. Came here tonight to celebrate and all the drinks were straight watered down. Our server was the worst I’ve ever seen. She literally had her phone in her hand the whole time. Did I leave a tip? Of course not. We had to walk over to her to pay our check. Like this is not the type of work for her
Our server Tyasia (might be incorrect spelling) was the best! She was very kind and attentive. The food was great and served hot but the drinks were not very good, they were kind of watery other than the lemon drop. Service was pretty quick and we were in and out we did go pretty late on a weekday (maybe around 10pm?) and there was good music, a dj, and fun karaoke.
The manager Eric is a good man. I managed a restaurant for 12 years and I can spot a good manager in seconds. Thank you again Eric for helping with this stupid gift card. My son and I, enjoyed the burgers and will definitely be back again. My apologies to the lady with blue hair, I was frustrated with the Egift card.
