Ordered for pickup and when I arrived at the time my order confirmation told me to, I waited for 5 minutes before being acknowledged by any staff members and then was told “it’s not ready yet.” The staff member didn’t tell me show much longer it would be and then turned around and left before I could even ask. I finally received my order 39 minutes after the time I was told it would be ready when I placed the order and never had any interaction with staff other than the first time when they said that my order wasn’t ready. I understand kitchens running behind schedule but the lack of communication from anyone, virtual or in person was incredibly frustrating.
