This place was so good. The pizza was delicious and even had a little crunch. The person serving us was very kind and helpful. This was a great place to visit with my friends!

If normal pizza is a whole potato, this place is potato chips! It’s crispier and the vibes are awesome

Great pizza by the slice for a quick bite or get it whole. I love the thin but crisp crust and fresh ingredients.

Order a pizza on their website. Said it would be ready in 35 minutes. Got there in 30. The pizza had been sitting out on the counter for what had clearly been a while as it was already cold. If you're going to charge nearly $30 for a pepperoni pizza, I would hope you could at least keep it warm until the time you told me to arrive.

Pizza is good. Needs a little more sauce.. my 2 slices were on the dry side. Crust and dough is flavorful cheese is good. Definitely would stop by if im working around here. I would recommend this spot. Pizza is definitely cooked right.

Raddigan Bros Noise Experience

Pizza was a little more bready than I’m used to (in NY) The toppings were great and a slices were reasonably priced. 10 out of 10 for a slice not made in the NYC metro area.

Quick Stop For A 🍕 Slice That Gets The Job Done. Located On the Corner Which Gives Nostalgia Growing Up In NYC Vibes Even The Interior & Definitely The Old Fashion Menu (Love It).
They Sell Pizza By The Slice Or Whole Pie, And It’s Definitely Affordable, Which Is Always A Plus.

CHEESE SLICE 🧀
Classic And Simple. Could Use A Tad More Sauce And A Bit More Cheese, But The Crust Was Perfect — Not Too Thick, Not Too Thin, With A Nice Bite.

PEPPERONI SLICE 🍕
My Son Got The Pepperoni. Same Great Crust, Solid Flavor, And A Good Amount Of Pepperoni. It Just Needed To Be Cooked Longer.

Fast & Super Friendly Service, Which Made It An Easy, No-Hassle Stop. There’s Even A Bar, Seating Area & Arcades Inside To Play That Added a Nice Touch.

Affordable, Convenient, & Solid For A Quick Bite. With Just A Little More Sauce And Cheese, This Would Be A Go-To Slice Spot.

Okay, look. Growing up in New York City, I'm a certified pizza snob. I know what good pizza is, and frankly, finding a decent slice in the DMV can be tough.
But Hanover Pizza? This place is seriously awesome. It's hands-down the best pizza I've had in the DMV area. The flavor, the crust—it actually hits that high bar.
I'm giving it an 8 out of 10 for a top, authentic NYC-standard slice. If you're looking for real pizza, stop scrolling and just go.

Delicious and fast! Nice to sit and watch the King Street traffic. Also, they do NOT have high chairs. Mostly high top/bar seating.

Tucked away in an unassuming corner, Handover Pizza is the kind of hole-in-the-wall spot you almost don’t want to share—because once word gets out, the line will be out the door. They serve pizza by the slice, and it surprisingly delivers. The crust comes out thin and crispy, with just the right snap when you bite in, while the toppings taste fresh and balanced without being overloaded. It’s the kind of slice that feels classic but elevated—simple, satisfying, and exactly what you hope for when you wander into a no-frills neighborhood pizza joint. A hidden gem worth stopping for.
