Order a pizza on their website. Said it would be ready in 35 minutes. Got there in 30. The pizza had been sitting out on the counter for what had clearly been a while as it was already cold. If you're going to charge nearly $30 for a pepperoni pizza, I would hope you could at least keep it warm until the time you told me to arrive.

This place is seriously awesome. It's hands-down the best pizza I've had in the DMV area. The flavor, the crust—it actually hits that high bar.
