My mother loved Honeybaked Ham. When she passed, I originally planned to grab prepared food from Costco for our family's small funeral reception. My mother loved Honeybaked though, and I made a last minute decision to make a catering order through Honeybaked. The store employees were wonderful! They helped me with my order and pulled it together with short notice. My family loved it. Thank you!!

Terrific! Organized, well staged for easy viewing and accessing products. The staff is friendly, professional and efficient. As always, the food is so delicious, packaged thoughtfully,and the Hawaiian rolls are more fresh than the groceries stores. You just can't get ham or turkey like this anywhere else. So much food for such a reasonable price. Well done!

We picked up a ham on Wednesday for Thanksgiving. The store was absolutely packed but the staff kept things running smoothly and pickup tool less than 10 minutes despite the long line. Kudos!

DO NOT preorder no separate line for preorder. One line for preorder and walk-in. What’s the point of preorder if there’s no real benefit. Had to wait 50+ minutes. Never again. They do not value customer service.

So I had an unusual circumstance arise in the last few days, I called the store yesterday to see if there was anyway I could get some ham slices (6 days before thanksgiving). I had no confidence but thought ok all I can get is a no. Timothy answered the phone and I explained my situation and he advised me to order and prepay online. I tried this as soon as I got home. Nope. Earliest pickup date was the day after Thanksgiving. Ok I thought, I’ll go to the store and try. No wonder he’s a manager/the manager because he was so wonderful to me. Honestly the best customer service I have received in a retail setting in YEARS. He made my day and not only did I get my ham but I left having faith in true customer service which quite honestly is really hard to find nowadays. Such a sweet man who took the time to talk to me and shared a story similar to what I’m going through with a sick/dying family member and I so appreciate him being so kind. If the owner/corporate is reading this I hope you appreciate this amazing man and him being so good at his job. THANK YOU Timothy 🩵
