I got a chicken salad sandwich today and it was missing ingredients.I called and spoke to the manager about the craisins and celery that was not in the chicken salad as it normally is.She really didn't care and didn't apologize.Yet another restaurant going to pot because poor/incompetent management.Won't be eating at this location anymore.

I ordered my turkey online when I went to pick it up I got a different size turkey with a different price when I asked about it they said to me that they were all the same size clearly they aren't if this turkey cost less than I paid for. They really need to have a better system in place and management around to correct any problems like this.

The good news: the ham is still great. The bad news: lady working behind the counter was incredibly rude and had no answers to any questions, just replied that she was in training. Evening of 12/16/23.

I've ordered a ham for a friendsgiving dinner for the last three years and it's clockwork. I have not eaten or ordered food for the same day. Parking at this location can be pretty limited. Store is clean and has always been quick and my pickup smooth. Service is, all business, when I've been in, no smiles or jokes, get in and get out but they are efficient.

Always out of sliced turkey. Everyone doesn’t eat pork. And it’s pretty annoying I’ve been there several times and they’re out. And should not have to call to see what’s available.

In 2023 we’ve frequented The HoneyBaked Ham Company on numerous occasions and although their ham is most delicious, the daily lunch offered is not always up to the $9-10 price of a sandwich made with the delicious ham. There is a classic ham, turkey, ham and chicken salad for sandwiches. There are two or three salad offerings as well.In recent time the lunch food has been kind of bad. Stale dry crumbling croissants, skimpy ham. The two employees are less than happy to be working there and it shows. There is a rotating staff. The sandwiches are custom made so you expect to receive what you order, nope, wrong orders on top of expired croissants is not what’s expected to be cradling the delicious ham.Approach with caution if visiting for lunch and want a croissant, they open in a metal bin. Choose another type of bread.

Most of their food has preservatives, artificial or nitrates/nitrites ingredients which are not good. They fail to manage the lunch operation well at all. They keep raising their prices. Even with the higher prices, the quality and taste seems to have gone down. And worst, on top of all that, they appear to be robbing customers of their lunch, including putting almost nothing on sandwiches that cost at least $10 each. Example attached. Terrible. This was not even the first time we've had lunch screwed up by this store. So many people talk about how badly this store messes up reservations and ruins holidays (which is outrageous for a company built on that exact business for holidays), but also - the lunch operations have been and still are mismanaged by this store, and nobody seems to care.

Best way to get your holiday ham is to place your order online and walk in to pick it up. Don't just drive over the day before or there will be a LONG line to wait in. They have a separate line for online orders. The staff is efficient and quick. Best ham ever!

Now that I'm an adult, its my responsibility to provide the food for thanksgiving and Christmas. As a kid, you always knew the honey baked ham would be there. I always looked forward to it because I never ate ham during the year.I fell in love with their sweet potato soufflé! I buy 2 servings! One JUST WILL NOT DUE. The Turkey and Honey baked ham are sooo tasty. During the holidays you definitely have to place your order a few days in advance. I got caught slipping two Thanksgiving's ago. I stood in line for over an hour waiting to purchase a last minute ham. It was worth it but will I ever do that again??? NNOO. I order online and whiz right past everyone in line like I got the cheat code.Their regular menu items are fire too. I had a turkey sandwich after the holidays and it hit the spot.

Famous and popular for generations. It's a holiday tradition in our family to have Honey Baked Ham at Christmas time.

Went early to pick up my Christmas ham. Can't wait to enjoy it!! They were well stocked with different sizes to choose from. They have sides & other things too. I bought a soup mix to cook with broth from the bone. Honeybaked Ham is my favorite.

Poor management at this location. One cashier serving long line of customers buying ham/turkey for Christmas while 3 cashiers are serving customers who have pre paid.
