I hate having to write a bad review. Unfortunately, the food was very substandard. As an Italian born , the food was not what I expected. First of all, there was no Italian working there. I’m not opposed to other nationalities but when I’m ordering Italian food, I expect it prepared by someone who knows what Italian food is. It was not fresh. The prosciutto was not actual prosciutto like I know it. It was not fresh, not thinly sliced. The bread was not Italian bread but supermarket hoagie bread. This may be acceptable for some non Italian but this Italian will never be back.

Not very satisfied from this order. We ordered a Pepperoni Pizza and Meat Lovers Pizza. Both pizzas (especially the Pepperoni Pizza) look like someone tampered with it or it was dropped. The way they're cut, even the sauce layout is very inconsistent. Very unfortunate to have received these pies.

Pizza was cold and hardly any cheese tasted like crushed canned tomatoes. Awful couldn’t eat. Sandwich had one piece of meat and cheese and they sent the wrong item .

The pizza is amazing! I love everything about The Italian Palace! The location is perfect to grab a pizza and walk along the canal! The staff is extremely friendly and if you’re in Alexandria you must stop by!
