The Quality has dropped dramatically since it originally opened during covid.
No surprise the denny’s they partnered with changed management.
Sandwiches are supposed to served on Panini quality bread, butter and toasted until golden brown. They used to serve sizable enough portions as well, when they started.
Today my sandwich was half its original size and showed up on some plain bread, buttered that wasn't even toasted…
I will never order from here again, I encourage you to look elsewhere as well.

Ordered through uber eats, was approximately $40 for my wife and I, both sandwiches had 3-4 tiny pieces of meat on them, very small portion, barely any sauce. Overall horrible value for the cost.

Neg 10 stars *********I will never ever use uber eats again. Instacart was advertising Uber eat's to be used as a credit.As you purchase items to credits build up. The 1 day I decided to use the credit.I get charged with my personal credit card and not the credit That uber eats / Instacart Provide. I will never use Uber Eats again and will probably not order from the meltdown located in alexandria virginia. It seems to be a little bit weird.The tables turn when they owe you money back

I ordered from this place back when it opened during the pandemic. They partnered with Denny’s & thought I’d give it a shot.
My first impression was thank god for “The Meltdown” they were offering quality food at a location like dennys where most people go to give up on life.
I ordered from them so much because the portions v price was amazing, the food itself was amazing… then a year or so went by.
First the quality dipped, ever gotten a Panini that wasn’t toasted? Like at all… it was just uncooked butter and bread.
Second were the portion sizes, My panini went from a full almost foot long to missing a third of the sandwich. At first I thought it was a mistake, I called up like “yo someone ate the middle out of my sandwich, all I got was the two end pieces.
Third also lessened the fries portion by half, like talk about shrinkflation.
Fourth prices went up & it’s never been the same since. Thanks for ruining a good thing guys, you’ve lost another regular customer for life.

The best restaurant of the meltdown is a very cool restaurant.
Very conveniently located. Good variety of food on the menue. Excellent food and friendly service. Particularly impressed by our server, Isiah. He was new, with only a week's experience, but his efficient service and people skills were evident. He was dedicated and performed like a pro with years of experience. Although we liked the novelty of the robot, we preferred the human interaction with Isiah and the manager, who also came over to talk to us.

Whenever I go to this Denny's location I am usually there after 10PM at night. They close at 12 Midnight nowadays. The employees are always nice and they always listen and pay attention to the food I am ordering. The service - including them making the food - is usually not long to wait which is nice. Don't remember ever having a service or food problem at the location and the prices are reasonable.
