Mostly the service is decent but don't have a bartender walk up to me, complement me and then ask me if I want this and that. There's an art to selling and that's not it. You need to introduce yourself. Have a small conversation - like what brings me in today (and really listen) so you can identify ways to upsell me. Tell me what's popular and tell me your favorites. All me what I'm thinking about. Don't tell me that every choice I made is a good choice.. So fake. Be genuine.

Stopped by here a few months ago for a drink and left unimpressed despite coming in with decent expectations and referrals to try it. Service then was pretty poor and we waited a very long time for two drinks and a small appetizer to the point where I got up to look for the wait staff. Once we got the drinks they were okay, but we’ve had better in Old Town at other cocktail bars so the main attraction of this place didn’t stack up to comparable offerings in this price range. When it came time to pay, I once again had to hunt down the wait staff and hand them my card at the bar despite sitting outside with two empty glasses and a plate for 10-15 minutes without a check-in. I place a premium on efficient service and The People’s Drug dropped the ball on that.

On 9/25/2020 at approximately 1720, my wife and I order 2x burgers through the restaurant’s website. As seen in the picture attached to this message, it shows that the burger comes with house made chips for a total of $17. After I pick-up the order and return home to eat, we realize there’s no chips. We call the restaurant back and talk to a man name John who essentially puts the fault on us. He first says “oh you must of ordered through a food delivery service”, we say no we didn’t we ordered through your website and picked it up ourselves. Then he says “we haven’t had chips with the burger for a year” as if this is our fault they have it listed wrong! From there he gives us a really insincere apology. Upon investigation we found that they have different listed prices on their site, but of course we ended up paying the higher price ($17 listed when you order and $13 listed on their menu page). Went on a date here and the guy was AWFUL. However, staff were AWESOME in drink and food delivery, and even helped me cash out when I needed to get out of there. Get the truffle fries! 10/10 recommend!

What a gem! First off, service is great. Closest thing to a cocktail bar with a neighborhood hang vibe I’ve seen. The food, particularly the fries, are phenomenal. Music, aesthetic, and cocktail menu are all top notch.

Delicious food and cocktails and hip, unpretentious vibe. A little loud and no comfy booths to camp in, but if you’re looking for some good food and drinks I would highly recommend this spot! We loved the cocktails, truffle fries, and halloumi sandwich.

Good good (tho they could have asked how I wanted my burger cooked - the didn’t and it was way well done). Music inside was too loud for conversation. Not my taste in music either but the volume was the problem. Pretty obnoxious staff (seemed to be one bartender/server). Nothing horrid just a bad, mildly unhelpful, aloof and not at all welcoming or friendly. Perhaps she is having a really bad day
