I visited this restaurant with my family on Easter Sunday for dinner. It was the absolute WORST dining experience of my entire life due to a confrontation with the manager, whose name is TS (so he says). This was my first time dining at this restaurant. Our server, Rosa was delightful, knowledgeable, professional and very pleasant. But while our server was great, unfortunately our food was not so great. My son and I ordered the Seafood Sampler and we both had issues with the seafood that required the manager coming to our table. He did not greet us and he seemed to be bothered, upset that we were complaining. He was very abrupt and confrontational. My son and I both felt like we had to convince him that we had "issues" and he acted as if our complaints were unfounded. However, he told us that he would give us a "side" of the seafood that we had the issues with. That was fine for us. We weren't trying to not pay, we just wanted them to correct what was wrong. However, shortly after he left our table, I caught him staring and frowning at me in a manner that made me feel really uncomfortable, like he was angry that about the complaints. Now, I was sitting in between my son and my nephew and they both saw how this man was staring me down. So when he returned to our table, I kindly asked him if he was okay because of way he was staring angrily at me. This man then proceeded to address me in a loud, unprofessional and argumentative tone that was so bad that everyone around us heard him and our entire party was SHOCKED! I told him that it wasn't necessary to argue with me and he shouldn't argue with me. I then asked who was his manager and he told me that he was the one. He left to get our sides and returned with my food on a hot plate and placed the hot plate in my hands, not on the table and without warning me that the plate was hot. I said nothing because at this point I had enough. I then asked our server for his name and she left and returned with him in tow and I refused to look at him. That's when he was yelled his name "TS" at me from across the table. I turned away and he walked around to face me from the other side of the table and I told him, I had nothing else to say to him and to just leave me alone but he was persistently speaking to me loudly to the point where I told him to shut up. I could not believe that this man came back to confront me for a second time because I wanted his name and the name of his manager. At this point, our shocked party had experienced enough. Our Easter dinner was ruined. It was embarrassing, insulting and unnecessary. This manager's horrible, rude attitude and argumentative behavior was very unprofessional. The whole ordeal was so upsetting to me that I could not eat my food. Our server gave me a box to take it home. We all planned to order dessert but after this nightmarish ordeal, all we wanted to do was pay our checks and leave. I've never experienced anything like this while dining in a restaurant of any kind. This so-called manager, TS needs an immediate course of customer service training. Our server was kind enough to provide me with the owner's business card and we will be reaching to him about our experience.

Excellent. The Bayou oysters with crawfish and shrimp etoufee could not have been better and the She Crab soup was also excellent !

I attended a social dinner, the proposed menu required a tiny salad for a starter, a good choice for the main course, and a Creole dessert (with no other choice) which I didn't like at all. Cuisine nothing exceptional, service too. Very high price for the level and choice of dishes. Among other things, the fact of having booked for 40 people should have led to a discount. I don't recommend it.

This place was absolutely amazing! I have family from NOLA and have had a hard time finding a place that knows how to make a proper roux for an etouffe, but this place nailed it! I had the Oysters Bayou, and my boyfriend had the Steak Pontchartrain. Both were cooked to perfection. We had made a reservation and even though we were a tad late they promptly sat us, and the staff was amazing & friendly. Definitely come hungry because the portion sizes are huge!

Lovely place. Staff were great. Had an excellent French martini and the seafood in parchment was delicious. My husband had the pork chops Lafitte and very much enjoyed them. Pricey but for good reason.

Had the pleasure of dining here for my birthday. Enjoyed the seafood omelet from the brunch menu with my hollandaise on the side. It was accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. Delicious! We had reservations and were seated immediately. The place was packed. Street parking may be challenging, so we did one circle of the block and then parked in a garage. Vibrant neighborhood and great walking around on a beautiful day.

We went to Sunday brunch. The waiter was great. There were mixed feelings about the entrees we chose. The she crab soup was delicious. However, I would pass on the gumbo the next time. The seafood omelet had a bland taste. The bacon was a little burnt and the French toast was not a favorite. Yet, the crab cakes were delicious. The bread pudding was also delicious. The peach cobbler was not.

Missed Wife B.Day Notification // Wife's Diner Good / Mine - Very Overcooked // Waitstaff more interested in hanging @ with friends than working... Did not check on table after food delivery until full meal was completed - showed up to clear dishes. Use to be a constant customer 10 years ago... The Warehouse WAS one of the best restaurants in the area... Just do not get into "Old Towne" as much now... Sorry to say Restaurant did not make me want to come back. Maybe it was just a fluke that they failed this time. Any other restaurant I would give a second chance... I think about it. YES, I know one customer does not really matter to a location like the Warehouse.

The service at the Warehouse is very good. Our waiter was very attentive, and we were greeted in a very friendly and open manner when arriving at the restaurant. Our entrées were very well prepared and tasty. My husband really enjoyed the Branzino and I enjoyed the Porterhouse Veal. However, the chargrilled oysters were not good. A bunch of breadcrumbs over pretty much raw oysters they were not chargrilled or flavorful. the breadcrumbs definitely over power. They were large and meaty but not chargrilled. The fried oysters were very good. The alligator bites were tough and overcooked. However, we may return to try another entrées but beware of ordering the chargrilled oysters you will be disappointed if you are expecting a NOLA experience or anything close to it.

While the restaurant has its charm, the cramped setup, particularly the narrow entrance, doesn't make for a comfortable experience. Our anniversary celebration left much to be desired— the inattentive wait staff missed the fact that neither of us touched our meals. The crab cake boasted plenty of crab meat, yet the binding agent's grittiness and lack of flavor left us questioning our choice. My perfectly cooked medium steak, unfortunately, mirrored the overall theme of flavorless disappointment. Both dishes arrived lukewarm, casting a shadow over what was supposed to be a special evening, leaving us still hungry and unimpressed for our 4 year anniversary .

Outstanding from the moment we arrived. A warm greeting, a quick seating, friendly and informative service, and superb Saturday morning brunch. The entire experience was exactly what we were hoping for. The meal was just remarkable in every detail. The she-crap soup was sensational and both of us enjoyed remarkable entrees - the crab cake benedict and the seafood omelet were both delicious! Fine dining CAN happen on a Saturday morning, and we appreciate every effort the staff took to take care of us and deliver a world-class meal! Bravo!
