we dine in here before and its all good. the service was just right, the portions are worth the price for dine in. but when we did take out this 2nd time, the Mongolian beef portion has more onion than beef. (see photo) I guess I would still comeback but just do dine in.

As I was placing my order the person at the counter lacked patience and rushed me to pay. When my ramen arrived the noodles were overcooked, and my karage lacked flavor and needed more salt. Before leaving I asked the person who took my order for a to go container and there a person behind the counter picking his nose.

Disgusting!!!!!!!!! Food was extremely bland. It was so bland that I wasted my money because I couldn’t eat it ( even after I smothered it in sauce) I got fried rice and shrimp and vegetable tempura. NEVER AGAIN!!!! Customer Service was meh as well.

Oof, I was nervous to get ramen from a place with a full Chinese menu and probably should have trusted my gut.
I ordered the volcano ramen, which had two pieces of chasu, and for $16 I would expect at least three. It also didn’t have an egg even though when ordering online it specifically said it included an egg. I found the broth lacking in flavor and depth. The only pro to the ramen to me was the noodles which I enjoyed - well cooked and perfect thickness.
We also ordered shrimp and vegetable tempura and there was no sauce included.
My partner liked his sweet and sour chicken, so maybe your best bet here is to order Chinese food.

Stopped on a whim. I was walking by, hungry and reviews looked good. So glad I tried it. I ordered the miso ramen to-go. The broth was separate in the take away container which meant everything didn’t get soggy while I walked a mile back. Miso was really good. I wasn’t a fan of the noodles. I prefer them a little thinner. Despite that, the miso ramen was really good. The meat was cooked perfectly. Miso was tasty. I would definitely eat here again.
I’ve been there 7 times so far and it’s the best ramen in the area!

We are so happy that Tom Ramen has come into the neighborhood! The food is delicious, affordable, and speedy. My favorite is the karaage chicken ramen, and my husband really likes their sushi. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.
