I always order the Vegan Buffalo Chicken-less Topper pizza and it never fails to satisfy my cravings. The vegan chicken bits are always crispy and have a delightful smell, and the entire pizza is delicious and beautifully crafted. It's a bit expensive for my liking (around $19+tax for a medium), so definitely take advantage of their rewards program and earn points for discounts. When I order during the night (around 9 or 11pm) they do seem to run out of green onion constantly which is meh. Other than that, it's a really great pizza and I always enjoy eating it.

I order 3 pizzas/4 desserts online for pickup. I arrive and give them my info and get handed 2 pizzas/1 dessert. No biggie, I tell him the order is incomplete and show him my receipt. Blank stares. No acknowledgement. I start checking the boxes to see which is missing as he walks away. I tell him one of the pizzas isn't mine, it's a pepperoni and I ordered a Meat Topper (it's missing bacon and sausage). Blank stare again. No acknowledgement. He walks over and starts making a pizza and I'm left wondering what's happening for 10 minutes at the counter.Not once was a word said to me. Someone else finally came out after a while and asked to help me. He rounds up my pizzas and desserts and I leave. I've been here now for an extra 30 minutes. I get home and I'm met with the Veggie Classic pizza in the picture - how nice. I can have a slice of olive pizza or maybe a slice of green pepper pizza. And the Meat Topper pizza - loose sausage and bacon tossed on top. It would be funny if this experience didn't cost me $100 along with the pre-paid tip.

Have ordered from this place 3 times and not once was it less than 1.5 hours late - and never with the order correct. Two stars only because the pizza is actually pretty good after you reheat it in the oven.

I was just told this place is under new management and it is immediately obvious. I just paid $17 for a small pizza. Now, that sounds ridiculous but trapped out here in the burbs, pizza by the slice is not a thing so a small pizza with the 55% off coupon from Toppers has done the trick occasionally. Well they aren't accepting the coupons (good until December) any more and I can live with that, now that I know. What ticks me off is the fact that I paid $20 for pizza, this is usually amazing, is overcooked into oblivion. I mean, it's bad. Someone looked at this burnt pizza and, said yeah, it's fine.? I've made my last purchase from Toppers.

Hi so we Oder theory phone and we asked for an A L pizza with black olives on top but Gus’s we get black olives with garlic the pizza test was not good, so we call them back and no one is answering the phone. So plz make sure you people or employees to answer the phone not just for me but for other customers too you guys need to work on that.

This place is absolutely awful. I ordered my delivery for 7pm because we weren't going to be home. The driver came 15 min early and called me to see if my doorbell worked. I told him we ordered it at a certain time and weren't expecting it to be there. He then hung up on me, handed it off to my neighbor and signed for me without my permission. Adding a $5 tip for himself. I called the store to see why I didn't get my pizza or if I had to pick it up. They said I signed when, in fact I did not. They said because "I" signed and the driver dropped off the pizza at the wrong address they weren't giving me a pizza or a refund. After an hour of bickering back and forth with the store they FINALLY sent the pizza with a free pizza and coke for the inconvenience... ALL THE PIZZAS WERE RAW AND UNCOOKED. This is the worst customer service and food service I've ever received. I'm never going to toppers again.

I really love this place. Great deals, even better service, the people are always friendly and eager to please. Now to the food... Omg everything I've tried here has been amazing, they have great lunch specials and it is definitely worth it.

I ordered a pizza and breadsticks online. After more than an hour of waiting I received a phone call stating that the delivery person was out sick and delivery could not be made. Why did it take so long to get notified? The person calling was very unapologetic and seemed to not care that I had been waiting. I won't order from Toppers again. Very poor customer service.
A year ago would hav been 5 stars. Quality continues to go down. Either the garnishes are missing, you ask for square cut and its not, or there are a blob of tater tots on your lotsa totsa. Staff is always hanging outside and no one is at the counter. I recommend you skip this location and go to Hot Stone Pizza down the road

Toppers is good pizza, the service is okay, and it's next to the cigarette store I use. It's convenient. I've never had it delivered, so I don't know if it's as good after a half hour. I just go in.

I picked up a pizza for a customer while doing an UberEats run. The smell was pretty amazing, so I snapped a screenshot of the order so I'd remember to come back to this place.I eventually did and picked up a pie. I was so glad I did. The pizza here is phenomenal! Unfortunately, this Topper's is more than 20 miles away from where I live. Fortunately, this Topper's is more than 20 miles away from where I live. It's delicious and I could easily see myself going back for more, but thank goodness that would require a lot of effort and gas to do this. I just killed a whole medium pie in one sitting.I'll be back here again, but maybe in a month or so. Great pizza nonetheless!
