Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I usually post photos and videos and unfortunately I did not this time. I will upon my next visit for sure.

The customer service was nice and patient as well as helpful. My Greek yogurt bowl was delicious and made to my liking. The yogurt was a little low but beyond that no complaints.

It's in a convenient location lined up with other stores to patronize at. The store is a great size and spacious so plenty of room to enjoy space just if you want to eat inside or use your laptop. The store is clean from when I went in there which is always a huge plus. The service did not take long as well, so I appreciated their time making it and then giving it to me. There is plenty of parking here and the view is definitely not bad.

I had a horrible experience in this place the manager was extremely disrespectful and racially profiled me when I walked in talking about a different things saying stolen credit card then refusing to give us anything.

Absolutely wonderful staff! No complaints!

I have the worlds happiest 3 year old all because my favorite tropical smoothie spot has the pleasure of having Princess Maya working here!!! Lunch time rush = they were definitely busy! However everyone was welcoming, inviting, friendly and just overall amazing!! Thank you all for making my kids entire DAY ?

We went to this location because it was in the shopped center were we grabbed dinner.

We decided to walk to over because we were waiting for our food.

The first 2 smoothies they made for us were not blended well and pieces of ice kept getting stuck in our straws so we returned them. One of the smoothies was a mocha madness. When they handed the mocha madness smoothie to me it was really light and did not look like a mocha madness. The server then told me that he did not put the amount of ingredients the smoothie required because it was going to be really strong. What, really? At that point I started to ask him if the employees get to decide how a smoothie should be made versus using the amount of ingredients the recipe calls for. I just had him remake it a SECOND time.

I also noticed that the employees were smirking as if it was some kind of joke.

I would not recommend this location..
If you decide to go there, order a smoothie that you are familar with because the practice seems to be use less ingredients! I wish I would have taken a picture! DISAPPOINTED

Visited this particular location on April 15, 2024 nearly closing time! The staff there was so friendly and helpful!!!! The girl ringing us up was beyond nice and her customer service was the best customer service I’ve ever received!!! I failed to get her name but she needs a raise!!!!!!! Highly recommend this location!!!

I’ve been going to this location since they opened. The owners are such a nice couple and I love that it is a family run business. Rauf and his sister are great and I’m always treated wonderfully. I do have trouble ordering on the app for some reason but this location is wonderful because I can call and they will take my order over the phone when I’m on the way there. The Lorton location will not do that. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and of course the smoothies and the food is consistent and yummy. My favorite smoothies are the Island Green, the Chia Banana smoothie and for food the Tai wrap, love the corn and the kale salad. Their new smoothie bowls are also amazing. This is my favorite location by far Thanks guys for always taking care of me

Went in to grab a smoothie but the ladies would help me. Didn't even say hi. So I left. I have been here before and the gentleman helped me right away. Not sure what's going on or why their phone is more important than money- I will take my money somewhere else.

Horrible service. I was with my child and wanted to order through curbside considering it’s quick and easy. Waited for over 15 minutes and nobody came out. (I ordered ONE acai bowl) waited a little longer until I had to walk inside just to see my order had been ready and no one bothered to check if my car was waiting outside. The lady had the audacity to tell me it was my fault I didn’t call and that there was a big sign blocking my car from their view. I should not have to call after already placing my order online nor is it my fault they placed a big ol sign in front of their only curbside parking spot. The place wasn’t even busy for them to not bother to check.

The smoothies are addicting and the breakfast sandwiches a have you ready for more lol
