Visited this particular location on April 15, 2024 nearly closing time! The staff there was so friendly and helpful!!!! The girl ringing us up was beyond nice and her customer service was the best customer service I’ve ever received!!! I failed to get her name but she needs a raise!!!!!!! Highly recommend this location!!!

I’ve been going to this location since they opened. The owners are such a nice couple and I love that it is a family run business. Rauf and his sister are great and I’m always treated wonderfully. I do have trouble ordering on the app for some reason but this location is wonderful because I can call and they will take my order over the phone when I’m on the way there. The Lorton location will not do that. The store is always clean and the employees are always friendly and of course the smoothies and the food is consistent and yummy. My favorite smoothies are the Island Green, the Chia Banana smoothie and for food the Tai wrap, love the corn and the kale salad. Their new smoothie bowls are also amazing. This is my favorite location by far Thanks guys for always taking care of me

Horrible service. I was with my child and wanted to order through curbside considering it’s quick and easy. Waited for over 15 minutes and nobody came out. (I ordered ONE acai bowl) waited a little longer until I had to walk inside just to see my order had been ready and no one bothered to check if my car was waiting outside. The lady had the audacity to tell me it was my fault I didn’t call and that there was a big sign blocking my car from their view. I should not have to call after already placing my order online nor is it my fault they placed a big ol sign in front of their only curbside parking spot. The place wasn’t even busy for them to not bother to check.

Went to Tropical Smoothie Cafe and honestly, it was a letdown. First off, the smoothies just aren't up to par. I got one and it tasted off, not at all like what I expected. When I mentioned it, the staff were super rude and basically said it was my taste buds' fault. Seriously? Not cool. Definitely not going back there. Pro tip: just hit up Smoothie King instead. Their stuff is way better and the people actually know how to be professional. Trust me, avoid this Tropical Smoothie spot if you can.

Noah provides poor customer service, and I do not appreciate it. He charged me for Splenda which is supposed to be a zero cost. He tried to do the same thing the second day I came to TS, and I caught him! I wanted to speak to management about this and asked for his name, the young lady gave me his name. His colleague Juan Carlos I think is his name, suggested that they should’ve given me a fake name. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I overheard their unprofessional conversation. Like I told the crew who was working, I’ve lived in his neighborhood before TS was ever thought of, and I do not appreciate the unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. It takes customers to run a decent business and poor customer service is the quickest way for a business to fail as well!

The staffs customer service was everything esp the young man at the front register. He went above and beyond making our smoothies. They were the best smoothies we've ever received from TS. Kudos to those working the closing shift on Sunday night 10/1. You did awesome and deserve a raise.

I was not sure what to expect after reading the reviews. However, I think people might have just ordered the wrong thing. The Caribbean J*** Chicken Wrap was delicious!! It was pretty spicy so be warned! The smoothie was the perfect compliment to the spice of my wrap. Not to mention they have fresh fruit as a side option! I would recommend to get a wrap and a smoothie if y

Order a sandwich without chicken and no tomato. It’s a favorite of mine so I know how it’s made and comes. When ordering I had reminded her two or three times that I said no tomatoes and no chicken. When I saw them making it with chicken I reminded her I asked for no chicken, I assume she’s new which is perfectly understandable. She started picking the chicken off which is fine I truly don’t care that much but the sandwich is pressed afterwards to melt everything together. I didn’t get that. It was folded and handed to me as if she didn’t know who the order was for. If you are irritated because I made you pick off the chicken like I asked for in the first place so you decide to not finish the sandwich.. why am I spending money here? Was the entire place new because there was no helping each other and checking mistakes before they go out the door? Did no one care because it was an hour before leaving? Like I’m just at a loss for words as to why I was treated with little care.
