Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I would say that there is terrible attention, but the truth is that there is none! I lasted 10 minutes with my wife at the counter waiting for them to attend us or at least greet us and we didn't receive anything, until we decided to go to another restaurant. I would NEVER go to this headquarters again.

The service was so amazing and the smoothie was awesome, congratulations!

Not the best experience today. I love me some tropical smoothie but I went in today and orders a beach bum smoothie with white chocolate and a buffalo chicken wrap. I swear the wrap had maybe one squirt of buffalo sauce so luckly I hadn’t left the lot and went back in got more sauce which they were super nice about. But then I come out to start drinking my smoothie to find out it wasn’t right and the lady just put whatever smoothie she heard me say instead of verifying the “x named smoothie she thought I got” and I would have corrected her. Would have helped if there was a place to review the order.

I love this flat bread !! The best one. People are very nice and very helpful!!

Ordered online at 11:40 am, arrived at store at 12 and didn’t get my smoothie until 12:10? Ridiculous wait times and my food was cold because of how long I had to wait

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Ordered food via Apple Pay at approximately 11:16 today. Arrived at 11:23 to be told I didn’t place order. Showed receipt for order on Apple Pay. Was told I had to pay again. There was no manager on site at 11:23 when I arrived and ask to speak with one. No one to address issue, very highly disappointed and feel as if my money was stolen from me. Again no manager on site to even help with this issue. Will NEVER come back here again. The worst customer service!!!

Ordered breakfast quesadillas and a smoothie To go. The first sip of the smoothie i had chunks of ice and was literally chewing on it. Lady was nice enough to remake although hard for her to understand English. When i went home to unbox the food, there was only meat and cheese on my quesadilla, spread as thin as can be, not even the egg it comes With. Which checks out because the employee Gustavo there looked extremely high and was sweating in 20 degree weather. Got two stars not one cause of the ladys willingness to help

To expensive for them to get the order wrong. Definitely needs an update to their menu.

Rahel was an amazing. She greeted me with a smile and she had great customer service. However, there was a male employee coming out the bathroom, he seemed bothered to be at work. He went straight to the register to help Rahel with orders. While I waited for my 2 smoothies, he dug into his nose at the register. Instead of washing his hands, he proceeded to put gloves on top of his hands. I thought that was very disgusting. I felt that it was too late to ask for a refund because Rahel was very sweet. In terms of the smoothie, I ordered a Jetty Punch with white chocolate. I asked for it to be sweet but it was very icy and watery. Not sweet at all. She just needed to pour into the cups. I will definitely not be returning because this is one of the worst experiences ever.

System error when using Free Bowl….. gotta ring seperate or coupon won’t trigger for bowl if a smoothie is purchased.
We don’t care about customer experience anymore….????

The workers on weekends are doing they're best, but only 3 guys are simply not enough, they're working hard, but another 2 workers are absolutely necessary

Tried to put in an order online, but was able to. Tried to call to pur in the order and was hung up on multiple times.
