Ana hand-delivered 64 smoothies to our team at BMW, and they were amazing! On such a hot day, it was the perfect treat. You could really tell how thoughtful and kind she was to go out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. We all really appreciated it — and the smoothies were delicious. I was looking forward to eating a fresh dragon fruit bowl. I set there for about 10 minutes only to recieve a frozen dragon fruit bowl that I could not eat for another 15 to 20 minutes when it thawd . I can't comment on taste, I'm still waiting for it to thawd!!!!

I order through Doordash and UberEats. I consistently receive the wrong smoothie or the wrong ingredients from what I've ordered. Sometimes, things aren't even labeled, and I have a food borne illness! In the last week, I've had 4 cancellations from this place. Today, it was cancelled because someone apparently stole my food and they refused to remake it. This is wasting the time/money of the drivers I hire and I've gone another night without dinner because of this terrible service. The food is great, but the people seem so utterly incompetent!

Across multiple occasions, I’ve had them make my order wrong, cancel my order (and said they would remake it just to cancel it again) and have my order stolen by someone else before I could get there. Better off going to another Tropical Smoothie. Sad because when they do get it right, it is tasty.
