UNO Pizzeria & Grill

I ordered pick up and because we change the plan my wife and I want to eat inside so I asked the receptionist to accommodate us to dining and she say no server will serve you because it’s a pick up order. You have to clean up after yourself so I say it’s OK if you want me to charge the tip you can put the 20% tip but just let us in and she was arguing but it’s OK. We are not here to argue . Good luck with ur business .
Food was delicious .

The pizza was insanely gross, my friend found a hair in her drink and the pizza had things on that were not supposed to be on it. One of the people was making people not be on their phones and I’m guessing it is because they didn’t want people to take pictures of the pizza. I will not be coming here ever again and I hope UNO’s changes to better the restaurant.

Andre was a delight and the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!

I LOVE this Uno's!! I brought in 53 people last night, and we were 15 minutes late for our reservation, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and extremely nice. We were on a time crunch, and they got us all fed and out in 40 minutes flat! ALL of our food was hot and delicious! I cannot say enough good things about this place. THANK YOU to all the INCREDIBLE staff!!

The pizza I ordered was full of sauce and not enough cheese. When the gentleman brought it out to me it was (red) not white and overwhelming amount of sauce. Awful!

We Have been here a few times and every time my family comes we have had just the nicest people serve us. But what I appreciate the most was one night we ordered dinner and our meal took a very long time to get out and then my meal was wrong but the manager come over and apologized, took my meal off then remade it for me. There was no rude comments or complaining of the staff but super nice and accommodating. This is how customer service should be! But other than the great service, their food is great and we absolutely love that they have free kids meals on Tuesday. Such a great way to go out with our family while still on the budget. We love UNO and always come back smiling ☺️

Also, our server Ronald was just the nicest person. Got everything right and made sure we always had what we need.

I ordered 2 Pizzas and the large Cesar salad. The UNO's original pizza was fantastic. I also ordered the meat deluxe pizza and it was also a winner. I highly recommend the Kingstowne VA location

The food is excellent. I like their stuffed chicken (as a light option) and their side house salad kas lots of veggies. Mia was out sever and she was very professional, sweet and quick.
