January 3 / 2025 I was in the place, unfortunately the employees have a bad character, the food is not in good condition, the atol was spoiled, the soup without flavor is more oil than soup, I do not recommend this restaurant, I am very sorry.

How ugly to come to a place where the client's priority is not to have the need to use a bathroom and where everything comes out disgusting saying that it is covered. I think that your job as a company is to fix immediate things because the client is paying for hospitality and a good service which this place doesn't have. On Sunday I went and ordered sweet bread to go, 2 bags of bread for $40 dollars, the prices are exaggerated and the bread tasteless.
The girls all look stressed and bitter as if they don't care about their job, customer service, whether they want it or not, they have to put on their best face like this and they get someone who only bothers them.

I have been to that place twice and the attention of the girl who charges is 0/10. She always makes a bad gesture when things are asked of her and is arrogant. I think that if they do not have charisma or do not have the desire to serve the customer in a good way They should look for a job that they like.

As far as the food is delicious, personally, I like it.

The food is rubbish, everything is cold, the rice seems to be three days old, I didn't like the service at all, the frozen tortillas were more than the cat's nose, the meat, four orders of meat and a lot of tomato, vegetables and the hard rice are an immense disaster. I came to make food a while ago and if it's okay, not today. The employees who have a look on their face, I told only one, OK, there's no solution for anything, they're just bitter.

Bad service The one I received today. I called to order some baleadas and when I reviewed the order I told the cashier that they were not the ones I had ordered. And She told me that THIS was the orders. But when I called, she repeated what I asked for and then they came out with something else. Bad service if it doesn't take an hour it's something else. They gave me a destroyed tamale and they wanted me to eat it like that. She got angry when I told her that I'm not going to eat that (how embarrassing!) and I had to suggest that she give me one to take away, since she didn't know how to unwrap the tamales she sells without crumbling them.

I just entered this store I bought two quesadillas when I was leaving the store I decided to check the quesadillas because I saw them a little hard when I took them out, they were full of mushrooms and too old I asked the cashier to refund my money I called another girl which the girl told me that she couldn't give me my refund so I had to grab another type of bread but I'm not sure if I'm going to consume it so I think the bosses or owners of this store should pay more attention to the type of bread. bread that they are selling can end up poisoned by eating products with mushrooms
