Good food. Good service. Seafood is fresh. It’s a good thing I guess, but the food makes you feel so heavy. Crab dip is some of the best i’ve had. Poboy sandwich is very good.

The main courses weren't memorable, but the appetizers were amazing! If you sit in the side room/dining area, it'll be difficult flagging anyone down, but the peace and quiet is worth it.

In a word: Nice.
Everything about this restaurant is so nice: from the views to the atmosphere of the restaurant itself and the service, all is a nice experience. It is a very big place as they have seating in different places. I particularly enjoyed the covered seating on the outside near the water. The menu was varied and offered a variety of seafood options. I enjoyed the crispy crunchy hush puppies and the clam chowder. Very tasty! The service was excellent as well. Would I return to this restaurant? Yes!

We just sat down and RONI the WAITER come asked to order right away.
While waiting for the food, we finished our water, he walked by at least 3 TIMES but NEVER filled it, until we ASKED for Water, that’s when the food came out which is about 25 to 30 minutes later.
(He only takes care of TWO table, which is our table and the one next to us.)

He was on his phone constantly.

While we got water filled and the water spilled all over.
He didn’t apologized or clean up his own mess and he just walked away.

When food comes out, I took maybe 4 bites, which is about 5 mins into eating, he asked if I need a togo box?

Then we never see him again until another waitress comes said HE WENT HOME.

I’ve eat out so much but have NEVER encountered something like this before. It was such a rude and unfriendly service experience, that my husband and I have lost our appetite.

Afterwards, Kyle came and apologized for Roni’s behalf, then give us a discount on our bill. But that doesn’t make up the most unpleasant dining experience I ever had.

LOVED this eatery located on the Potomac. My friends and I rode the King Street trolley to the last stop, and walked the couple of blocks to Cameron Street and the water's edge. I would advise reservations because the place gets busy. You can eat indoors or out on the dock. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly. I consider myself a hush puppy snob, lol. I ordered the crab hush puppies- the best ever!! Seriously delicious. Also ordered the coconut shrimp, which was also really good, and I especially enjoyed the creole claw slaw! Portions are plentiful! The only situation I wished to be different would be to have more space between the tables on the dock. Also, there are heaters if need be on the dock for added warmth.

This was my first time at this restaurant. Initially there are what appears to be two host stands so it made it a little confusing where to wait for the host. When the host returned, he was abrasive. Luckily the waiter made up for the not great first impression. The waiter was laid back and helpful when it came to recommendations. The restaurant itself is right next to the water which makes for good scenery. The table and water glasses were clean but can’t say the same about the seats. Every single one of them had the previous person’s crumbs all over it. They have a big drink menu and decent food menu. They got the food out pretty fast for a table of seven. The food looks and tastes amazing! I got the seared shrimp taco and it was so good. It had corn tortilla shells and a delicious sauce on top. The blue crab chowder had a good balance of taste to it. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend to a friend.

We had a nice time. Service is great. But …. I honestly don’t think the food is as great as others think. . The food is good. Not great. I found the beet salad was good, but overdressed. The ahi tuna is ok . Oysters selection is good. Hamburger and fried chicken sandwich were good. The chowder was very good. We had a nice time. Servers were friendly.

Went for brunch and had a great server. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. Probably one of the worse Eggs Benedict I have ever had. Crab cakes were over cooked, eggs just as bad. Drinks were not bad except $20 a piece and we had to send multiple back to get the right drinks. Scenery was good.Probably my last time going here.

Good food but fish came out quite oily and overall, all the food could use a little more seasoning. The service was great. However, it's a shame that the restroom with a changing table is on the 3rd floor - seems like an easy and suitable fix for how many families were dining in!

My family and I went in with very high expectations based on former reviews. Upon entering everything seemed fine. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun. Be prepared to yell at the people in your party because the music was loud enough that was the only way to talk to the people at your table. Then we were waited on by a very nice gentleman who explained to us that their fryer was broken so fish and chips, as well as many other menu items could not be ordered. After a discussion we decided to stay anyway because sometimes things you can control do happen. Two of our party ordered herb encrusted baked rock fish. The sides with this dish include scallop potato, and glazed Brussels sprouts. On both orders the Brussels sprouts were so hard they were inedible. This is the reason behind the three stars. I have been told by others in our party their food was quite good though.
