Manager lady is rude. I went to pick up an uber order for the customer. The system was down which happened all the time I go for pick up, I asked them to make it for me since they get paid and I have order details on my phone which all restaurants do whenever this happened . Manager said “pay for it and I’ll make it, don’t you see the system down” in a rude way , and kick me on the store. I’ll never go to this place ever or even recommend it for anyone.
Employees are rude
I typically frequent this Wendy’s for breakfast, and they never disappoint. I especially love their breakfast fries…crispy and flavorful every time. The drive-thru service is always pleasant, with friendly staff at the window. My food is consistently hot, fresh, and served fast. I’ve also tried their lunch a few times and had the same great experience. Reliable, tasty, efficient & affordable when feeding a crowd (Biggie Bags) lol.
1 person at register trying to do multiple things while others were standing around. Bathrooms were nasty. Husband said guys had shit on the toilet set and wads of paper inside it and womens had what looked like pee in a large puddle on the floor beside the toilet. Dinning area had food and trash on floor. No napkins drink area was also very messy.
Please have delivery orders on time. Having drivers wait 20 after arriving is ridiculous.
Prioritize the drive thru. Have to get employees attention to order inside. No kiosk for quicker service. Three stars because my food was hot.
I don't recommend anyone to order from this restaurant. You not gonna get your 1 hour or 2 hours late. Avoid this location. Everyone here is wasting time here
There is a girl who works here who looks young and wears and African head scarf with a mask on her face. She is a complete bum who will mess up your order. If you see her then check your order because she will mess it up.
Y’all ain’t give me my damn fries and y’all ain’t give me my change back.
This Wendy’s is fine. It’s a Wendy’s, not Minibar by Jose Andres. My guess is haters in the comments were most likely high when they came here to whine, given nobody seems to know how to park when they pull in here and half the cars in the drive thru are Altimas on spare tires. Shoutout to the dude in the Tesla who parked so bad he’s covering half the handicap spot rn.

The worst and the laziest team you can see in North Virginia Lol . omg 🤦🏻
Slowest branch in NoVa…
Me and my girl were doing pickup order from Doordash when we got there the lady asked us to park by the door. We been waiting for 10 minutes ( as we shouldnt be) and went for a check this time the black lady told us that they never got our order. Then she said our order was picked up by someone else. She kept saying she dont know like what is her purpose standing behind the counter and wearing headsets for? Isnt her job to manage customers order? She blamed the other worker who just left her shift, and she didnt know what to do with our order. Worst customer service ever and no apologies were given. So rude and bad attitude with no responsibility
I most frequent this establishment during the morning. To motivate me to rise early, I'll come here on my way to work. The problem is in the early morning hours when I do come between 5-530, the service is very slow. I totally understand production and staffing are low, which is fine and don't mind a little wait. Today was different though. After placing a mobile order, I arrived as usual and waited at the menu for 5ish or so minutes. A staff member even came out to flip the menu displays to breakfast, me obviously sitting in my vehicle. I spoke multiple times to the speaker to no response. I drove up to the window with no one in sight. I drove around and could see an employee inside behind the counter, drove back around to the speaker, and sat for another 5 minutes. I know the vehicle queue is tracked via computerized systems. Was someone trying to avoid work? I find it very hard to believe the one or two people who did see me failed to put the dots together.
When I have come here in the day, everything is okay. Although McDonalds has better deals, the two locations north and south of here plus technical bugs with the McD's app makes Wendy's a better spot. However coming here typically 5-530 with consistently slow or non-existent service will be deal breaker if it continues which is a shame because I do like the value proposition of Wendy's, quality of food, and variety of menu options.
I don't know why they have 24 hours, it's 12:41 at night and I came to this Wendy's and they told me it was already closed. When I saw people lined up, I don't know if it was because they were racist or because it's true that it was closed, but according to what it's 24 hours, I don't know why they put their openings like that.
