My recent visit to this Wendy’s raised significant concerns about hygiene practices and customer service. When I received my drink cup, I noticed that the cashier’s fingers were placed directly on the rim. Immediately afterward, he sneezed. Given the circumstances, I felt it was reasonable to politely request a different cup. Rather than addressing the situation professionally, the cashier reacted with visible irritation. Later, when I asked for a sauce that typically comes with my order, he declined to provide it. The refusal appeared to be in direct response to my earlier request, which made the situation even more disappointing. This experience left me with serious reservations about the level of training and oversight at this location. Basic hygiene protocols and respectful customer interaction are fundamental expectations in any food-service environment. Unfortunately, during this visit, those expectations were not met

Do not order in advance. I ordered on the mobile app and prepped my order as soon as I paid for it in the app. When I got there 5 minutes later, my fries were cold.

I haven't lived near Van Dorn Street since 2017, I can tell that the customer service has gone down drastically. Had to wait a few minute for someone to take my order to eat it in (they need to have more people trained to work the cash register not just the manager). The cleanliness of the inside was decent.

No chickens on either Cobb salad, tomatoes looked like as if left overs from being peeled. I’ve never written such a negative rvw… they got the 1 thing I asked for correct (1 no bacon). Check your order before you leave.

Borhan the management team and the staff in store ON THS VERY MORNING ARE HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND NEED RETRAINING!!! It’s early morning they need to learn proper English or learn to actually listen to the customers order ! Not just me but one other guest had to figure out why the order was so high after ordering 3 $1 items !! Well it’s because they don’t listen to what you asking for and the manager LIKES TO FUSS BACK N FORTH INSTEAD OF FIX THE ISSUE !!! This is inappropriate and totally unacceptable behavior from a professional in management !!

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Wendy’s. I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 5-minute wait — which turned into over 15 minutes with zero communication. When I finally got my food, the hamburger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no sense of customer service. This is not what I expect from Wendy’s. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I order the same thing every time I go there. The lady working the drive thru had the nerve to be upset with me when she got my order wrong. When they are busy the workers get flustered, overwhelmed and upset. Cant take the heat, get out the kitchen!

They don't follow the instructions that the customer is ordering, I told him the sandwich without cream and they put cream on it
