I usually always come here for a quick snack and it’s great, but was faced with getting double charged while trying to order through the mobile app. Tried to show the manager that it was already paid for in the app, but he got snobbish and said to call my bank and if I want my food that I’d have to pay again… I’ll change my review to five stars if/when this gets resolved. Shouldn’t have to call my bank just to order some Wendy’s

Everything was perfect until the manager on duty with peering out and counting how many napkins and forks I took which were two for one for me and one for the other person. And then he actually has to confront me. If you put that much effort into making the place maybe a little neater a little more clean in the bathrooms more clean is prophets may increase so he doesn't have to sit there and count napkins and silverware!

I've lived in this area for 27 years now and Wendy's is a great part of the neighborhood. The customer service is what makes the restaurant. I've come to know the staff on a first name basis, especially the kindness of Nayna. Nothing can brighten the rest of you day like her smile in the morning. She is always pleasant, has a great personality, even early in the morning.
Monday night I was given a burger that apparently was sitting all day, when I opened it the meat was extremely red/pink raw. I tried calling several times, zero response.

The male "manager" is the worst. While everyone else is trying to work & keep up with the orders he gets upset when more than one customer wants to speak to him. My guess is that he had his nap interrupted back there. Extremely rude & NOT at all helpful. Just a jerk.

The lady with the mustache is the worst worker at this establishment. Please do not go here. They will get your order wrong every single time. Don’t waste your time.

After 20 years of dealing with the Wendys of horrible to midiocre state of Maryland, I ordered online in Virginia. I bite into my spicy chicken sandwich. It was so fresh... the hot juice sprayed my face and burned me. I was so thrilled! How does a mobile order be this perfect! I normally don't favor Wendys fries, but geeze this particular Wendys is so fresh... I ate so many. The service is more of a quick hand off and non personal. But, that's ok with me. At no fault of this Wendys, the caramel frosty... NOT IT! EWW

Drive thru needs to check their attitude. In a completely empty drive through they’re rushing you the second you get to the speaker and audibly irritated sighing and groaning while trying to give them my order. It wasn’t even a big order or anything it was literally just one meal. Didn’t even want the food anymore and left.

4 items for $5.50 bacon cheeseburger, chicken nuggets, fries, soda!! I usually get $7 bacon doublestack with only extra mayo fries nuggets and soda and always have a little snack for later left over SO CHEAP!!! ITS
