Borhan the management team and the staff in store ON THS VERY MORNING ARE HIGHLY INCOMPETENT AND NEED RETRAINING!!! It’s early morning they need to learn proper English or learn to actually listen to the customers order ! Not just me but one other guest had to figure out why the order was so high after ordering 3 $1 items !! Well it’s because they don’t listen to what you asking for and the manager LIKES TO FUSS BACK N FORTH INSTEAD OF FIX THE ISSUE !!! This is inappropriate and totally unacceptable behavior from a professional in management !!

Extremely disappointed with my visit to Wendy’s. I went through the drive-thru and was told it would be a 5-minute wait — which turned into over 15 minutes with zero communication. When I finally got my food, the hamburger was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out forever. To top it off, the staff was incredibly rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them. No apology, no sense of customer service. This is not what I expect from Wendy’s. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

I order the same thing every time I go there. The lady working the drive thru had the nerve to be upset with me when she got my order wrong. When they are busy the workers get flustered, overwhelmed and upset.
Cant take the heat, get out the kitchen!

Food was great. The place was clean. It s just the cashier, i was there and she was pissed and rude. I suggest either include manners in her training or get another cashier that knows how to be friendly and helpful.

I usually always come here for a quick snack and it’s great, but was faced with getting double charged while trying to order through the mobile app. Tried to show the manager that it was already paid for in the app, but he got snobbish and said to call my bank and if I want my food that I’d have to pay again… I’ll change my review to five stars if/when this gets resolved. Shouldn’t have to call my bank just to order some Wendy’s
