Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers that were never delivered. I requested a refund and was told to call Wendy's online for a refund because it was a mobile order (This does appear to be the process for mobile orders). Find a different Wendy's.

So apparently if you buy the frosty key tag, you aren’t actually allowed to use it? Since they don’t have a button in their system, the manager refused to give my girlfriend and I put key tag frostys when we made our orders. (2 separate key tags both with valid year, purchased around last month)

Close the place down Expensive, Hamburger was soggy, french fries were the worst I've ever eaten . Cold and greasy .I ordered a diet Coke and the machine poured out nothing ! I will never go back there again.

Visiting North Carolina. Granddaughter wanted chicken nuggets. She was upset because they were cold and hard as if they were sitting under the lamp for a long time. She threw the nuggets away.
Worst Wendy's I have eve encounter. Disrespectful and rude representatives. After encountering rude behavior I asked his name (Glass with wearing Cap see picture) refused to tell me and shut the window on me eventually escalated the situation to the manager. Still refused to solve the problem. No need to waste your time here.

The pumpkin frosty machine was not working so that was a disappointment. The baconator hit the spot though. High quality beef patties for a fast food place. The ketchup and mayo combo made for a nice sweet and tangy mix. The chicken sandwich is not up to par with other fast food chicken. Too much breading and not enough chicken flavors. Some fries were hot but they seemed to go cold extra quickly.

I drove 15 minutes to get to this location, because this is the closest store to Old Town. When I walked in, I discovered a lone of at least 8 people waiting to place their order, and another line of 5 people who were waiting to pick up their order. Then I noticed 3 registers but yet only a single employee servicing all of these people. My plan was to order the Biggie Bag double stack burger combo meal. However, there was no way that I could wait up to 30 minutes to place my order so I turned around and walked out. The construction workers in front of me did the same thing!

This is one of the cleanest fast restaurants I have seen. It is also peaceful. The cashier greeted me with kind wards and I felt that her smile and demeanor were both natural, hence; I felt 100% wecome. She took my order and repeated it for accuracy and invited me to return. I Looked at the dinning room and it was immaculate, to include everything from ceiling to floor, as well as the outside grounds. I drove to a nearby location and waited for 10 minutes to try my food and it was still hot. I visited this restaurant at or about 4:35pm The reason I gave this store a five star rating is because it is the highest of the five star rating scale.If the scale was 100 I still, without second thoughts, give them the highest rating possible. ?? I gave the manager and the cashier both a thumbs up before leaving there and maybe the will know after this review why I gave them 2 thumbs up.
