I just left at 5:51 The lady at the register had me wait in the parking lot for a while. More than 10 mins. Not a single customer in the store until after I left. On top of that she left my food in the warmer and I had to go in and get the food. So my food sat for over 10 mins meanwhile the frosty she gave me is now melted. Thanks.

The management is the worse. My bothers were scheduled for interview when they came for the interview they said manager not here. Few months later a friend of mine was scheduled they did same thing with him, manager not here and then told to ask another day. Being a manager in retail, if I don’t take interviews after scheduled I will be fired.

I’m about ready to just never come here again. It’s consistently so bad. Today marks the 3rd time I’ve been rudely told to go park in the lot and the staff will run the food out to me. The food takes on average 10 mins to get out to you. I even ordered online, in advance, and was still made to wait. It’s truly ridiculous. Can they not find some way to organize their business?
Management here needs to be retrained if not terminated altogether.

I recently visited this Wendy’s and, although my food order was mixed up, the service was commendable. So it's a mixed review as they were super nice and fast, but maybe too fast. If I'm in the mood for Wendy's again, I’ll definitely give them another try, hoping for an error-free visit next time.

The young gentleman that took my order 9/4/25 8:50pm give that man a raise, he took my order, then took my payment, then brought my order outside, you can tell he was stressed but still was very polite and respectful, clearly under staffed but he did his damn thing! I didn’t catch his name but thank you!

The food was cold, and while two people were sitting down and eating, two were scrambling to fill orders. I don't know what was going on, but this caused my food to be cold, as if it had barely been microwaved while they missed two other items I had ordered.

Don't come to this Wendy's, go somewhere else.

Don't bother using mobile order here unless you wanna sit and wait an exorbitant amount of time for food while cars pull thru the drive thru in throngs

3 times now I have made an online mobile order arrived at the restaurant been directed to go park despite there being noone currently in the drive thru but me wait 20+ minutes for 3 meals to come out while cars pull up order and leave only to be told they didn't have have item or were out of items and they made a decision on what I would get Instead instead of asking or even attempting to rectify the situation

Sadly this location much like other fast food on this part on Richmond hwy is ghetto and unkempt and the employees are rude. I can't possibly recommend this location any less

Went down there for a job interview, probably one of the biggest mistakes I’ve ever made. The woman at the counter was very rude to me even though I spoke politely, she looked at me with a stanky look and answered fast and indecisive. I was told by her that the manager would be out in a minute, I sat there for almost 30 minutes looking kind of stupid, when I approached the woman again she tells me very disrespectfully that the manager isn’t here right now. I was shocked at how snappy she was and asked for a follow-up on when the manager would be in and she brushed me off with a rude “I don’t know”. Never been more humiliated and angry in my entire life, definitely do not recommend ever worst customer service.
