Quick and accurate service at drive up window. Food was good and hot. Cutlery, napkins and appropriate sauces in the bag

Places like this are the reason everyone eats Chick-fil-a. No smile. No please. No thank you. Just a cold attitude. Customers like to feel appreciated. You don't get that here.

Pro: Fast Service but had to repeat the order a few times.
We wanted a quick bit before starting out holiday shopping. It's been years since going to a drive thru but we both immediately started having stomach discomfort and me a headache. Never ever will we make this mistake. We immediately had to go home which caused us to delay shopping.

South van dorn location near the Safeway. We also thought that the drive thru employee made need training on customer service. Smh

I went through the drive-thru. The guy took my order right away. Once I got to the window, I had my food in no more than 2 minutes. Everything was fresh and hot.

Dana is rude and has the worse attitude, she doesn’t greet you and talks to you like if you are a child….. it’s fast food, it’s not that serious

Bad costumer service
Terribly poor communication from the drive through worker, tells me I ordered wrong, but doesn’t adjust my order. Then proceeds to make me wait 10 minutes curbside to not deliver my entire order and then lecture me about how to order better next time! Ridiculously poor service, don’t expect much.

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I came by tonight at 8:30 to grab a simple meal, only to be met with yet another ridiculous issue. I ordered a small meal, but was told I had to upgrade because they didn’t have containers for small fries. When I asked if they could just put a small portion in a larger container, they refused—insisting that I must pay more instead. So, because they ran out of packaging, I was forced into an unnecessary upcharge. Imagine if a child came through to order a kids’ meal—they’d have to upgrade to a large fry simply because the restaurant doesn’t have the right materials?
And unfortunately, this is far from the first time I’ve had problems here. They’re constantly out of something that makes no sense to be out of, my orders are frequently wrong, and the wait times are ridiculous—even when there are twenty people working inside. Sure, they tore the building down and rebuilt the foundation, but they clearly didn’t make any effort to improve customer service, speed, or the overall quality of their operations. Absolutely unacceptable.
