I accidentally placed an order but for the wrong location. And the person in charge refused to refund me so I could replace an order but for the correct location. As I am NOT driving two hour to pick up wingstop. When I asked if I could get a refund they said “the other wingstop is a completely different franchise.” And didn’t refund me… I also work in food service and this shouldn’t have been an issue and y’all ripped me off for a chicken sandwich. This happened before but for the DC location and there was no issue…

Went to Wingstop for the first time and it happened to be the Sunday of the NFL playoffs. I called 3 days earlier and put in my order. Was told that it would be ready at 2:00 on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived we were greeted by a mob of people waiting in line for their orders. They never were able to give us our full order. They sent us home with just a little bit of food. So all in all they didn't stand a very good chance of taking care of people on playoff Sunday.

Came here earlier today for dinner but left without ordering. We stood by the register, and employees saw us but said nothing. I asked two gentlemen standing around if they had ordered, so I could be sure to stand in the correct place. One said he was a DoorDash driver, and another said they don't take in-store orders, only online orders. Four other people ahead of us had already been waiting 15 minutes (according to them), so we decided not to wait. We got bubble tea next door and went home. Not once while I was here did an employee acknowledge me or let me know how to order

We ordered 50 bone in wings for the adults and 25 boneless wings for the 4 small kids and they delivered all bone in wings. The small children can’t eat the bone in wings so we called the store to ask them to please send boneless wings and they said they wouldn’t redeliver them. We don’t have anyone to watch the kids to go all the way back up there because of their mistake. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Please don’t go here!

I ordered 40 wings, but only 20 were included in the bag. Thankfully, I always check my sealed bag before leaving, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with this location. On multiple occasions, they’ve forgotten items from my order. The customer service leaves much to be desired… one employee, in particular, who has dreads, is consistently disrespectful. They rarely take accountability for their mistakes or offer apologies.
The food quality is also disappointing; it never tastes fresh, and the fries are always extremely soggy. Unfortunately, this is the only Wingstop on Richmond Hwy, so it’s the most convenient option. However, they make it a hassle to resolve issues when they forget to include items in your bag or make mistakes.

I would've gave 5 stars, but the fries were lacking any seasoning. Other than that the wings were very good, they even gave me 2 extra pieces of wings. The staff was friendly & greeted me when I walked in. They are definitely under staffed as I only saw two people working there.
