Terrible experience ordered 15 boneless wings + extra boneless wings combo waited over 30 + mins just to get all bone in wings n cold Lg fries . I specifically said “boneless “ (hint it’s a special on boneless Tues) so dnt understand where communication went wrong . It’s the most important question “to confirm if a customer wants boneless or bone-in wings ” ? I waited almost a whole hour after the only 2 staff were focused on pushing out Togo orders n other customers orders. I asked again how long couldn’t get an exact time frame. I literally jus wanted to pick up food for dinner n go home I tried to call 6x before coming to order my food Togo but no answer.. I came here a month ago n was told they are only taking Uber eats etc. no one to ring up food on register only cooks. I eventually asked for a refund after waiting an hour , I tried to speak with Sarah about the issue calmly she was very rude n dismissive. I understand they are understaffed n under pressure but to just act like u don’t care in cut me off , brush me off n say I can come back another day to speak w/manager & refund would take 3 -5 bizz days I was confused because she didn’t take my card . So when I asked her to explain it she got frustrated in pulled a piece of paper out saying write my name n number after writing my name n asking why she acts like I did something wrong I’m not yelling or acting crazy im jus trying to figure out what happened she grabbed the paper n I asked didn’t she want me to write my # she asked for it n wrote it herself n walked off .. the first thing she did wen I said I want a refund was hurry n grab the food back as if I wanted the food for free ! So disgusting for no reason ! I have never experienced anything like this before wow!

Love the wings and the fries. It would just be nice if you actually got everything you paid for. Delivery is terrible at forgetting things you ordered, and customer service is non-existent. Go there and pick up the order and definitely check it before you leave the store!

I’m a DoorDash customer I came inside wingstop today to pick up a order there was a young Spanish guy working there he gave a customer a bag of food then when I told him I’m here to pick a DoorDash order he just look at me and walk around from bad customer

Do not recommend ordering from Wingstop.I went to this Wingstop on Sunday, November 26th at around 5:30pm to pickup a Doordash delivery and this restaurant is extremely slow, inefficient, and unprofessional.After I waited for the order for about 20 minutes they started telling people there was a 30-45 minute wait and they were no longer accepting orders. They had two people just standing slowly putting food in bags and holding the stickers when one of them could be in the back helping flip wings and get the orders ready in a timely manner.Parking: Few spaces just off of Route 1 so people are constantly flying in and out.

By far the worst wingstop ever. I ordered lemon pepper wet and the wings were super dry and didnt even taste like lemon pepper. Also the staff is in the wrong profession. If this wingstop dont make some changes i give it another year before they close.

Never order online or through food delivery apps from this place! My rating would be higher if the people working there knew how to read so they could do their job right. Reason being they are always forgetting an item I ordered, or they replaced it with something different that I never requested.Parking: There are few spots available for parking.
