We went here with high hopes after it was featured on WETA And I have to admit it left us wanting. The positives are: generous portions, small outdoor dining. My husband got the signature sandwich with level two heat. He very much enjoyed it, generous portion and had decent flavor but only because of the spice, not because the chicken was actually seasoned. Delicious. The best chicken sandwich in the DC area and that’s coming from the chicken sandwich connoisseur! Medium heat is where it’s at but know that it packs a punch. It’s pricey but good. I do think they could throw on a few more pickles. Maybe they’ll read this and move towards perfection 😋
