I’ve lived and eaten food from all around the world and am a big foodie. I had some of the best food in my life. Abundant portions, great prices. I’d would work here for free just so I can eat their food everyday.

I stopped by for Tibs and Injra. Went home it was very delicious the vibes in the place are very authentic. Cozy environment and great place to watch sports. The bar is very clean and the people treat you like a guest inside their house very welcoming.

This is not my first Ethiopian restaurant experience. I took my family there and regret that this was my kids’ first exposure to Ethiopian restaurant. The chicken stew dish had no chicken. We received no advice on the level of spiciness from the server and we couldn’t really handle the food in the end. No wet napkins for cleaning hands before or after were offered that are quite customary in similar settings. The place is advertised as a restaurant but it is mostly a bar with some tables on a side.

The service is prompt and accomodating. I'm always greeted with smiles and kindness. I ordered 2 veggie combos for takeout last night. They were so delicious, each veggie. My wife always has that combo, but sometimes I order one of the meat dishes. We have been fans since we moved to Alexandria 7 years ago. Keep up the great work.

The chicken breast that I ordered was placed in with mostly all bone and a sliver of meat. Everything else was good, the portions need to be watched because can be expensive to give people mostly bone.

Ordered delivery on Uber eats and got the veggie combo and shiro fitfit - both were sooooo good!!! the shiro fitfit especially surprised me as I've never had it before. it was delicious, the portion size was incredible, and the ice was still not melted when I received my order. will definitely order from this restaurant again!

Love this place! I usually stop by after shopping next door at Weyone African Store. Or I’ll pop in, order, go to Weyone and they’ll have my order ready when I come out. The food is to die for, especially the Awaze tibs. Their coffee is also amazing. Great service, super friendly. As far as I’m concerned, best Ethiopian in the area, hands down

My Family and I dined at Ze Meda Restaurant today and it was truly an exceptional experience.

The food was absolutely delicious! I had the pleasure of trying several dishes, and each one was a delightful explosion of flavor. The derek tibs was perfectly spiced, rich, and savory, while the kitfo was tender and seasoned to perfection. The accompanying injera was soft and fresh.

My daughter who is Vegan also enjoyed her Vegan dish very much ?

What truly made my visit unforgettable was the outstanding service. The staff at Ze Meda were incredibly friendly and attentive. They were knowledgeable about the menu, quick to offer recommendations, and checked in regularly to ensure everything was to my liking. Their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.

Bad customer service ever I see they take to long all the time every time I order from them online I go after 40mnt they still tell me 10mnt and it’s take more then 10mnt no respect for customer time at all they don’t wanna work there you can see that from them face all of them look weird to you like they don’t want you there it’s my last time ordering from you guys and this why whenever I go it’s empty there bcuz of that bad service if you don’t wanna ruin your day don’t go there
