I used to love this place but today, I realized the freshness featured on the board is completely gone. The salmon is rough and tastes awful. The veggies taste like they were cooked three days ago and the corn tastes like alcohol.

Customer service goes a long way, myself and family walked into the store not only we wasn’t greeted, but what she said from a customer service stand point ” its not what she said it’s how it was said —-I quote we CLOSE “ not sorry guys we close for the even as we close at 9pm… But they were still assisting the individual that was sitting outside. I do feel some type of way as we are a black family that felt unwanted as soon as we hit the door even my children said something. We’ve been to a lot of Zoe’s establishments never have I felt unwelcome as I’m a regular at Zoe’s —- just a word of advise discrimination is real educate your employees

Zoe’s is a pretty decent restaurant. My friends and I come here on most Tuesday evenings. Normally I order the lamb pita. This time I ordered the Greek salad with a side of lamb. The portions are a little small but food is consistent.

Great food that comes out quickly!

If I could give this place a zero I would. I really used to enjoy Zoe's, but now I will go out of my way to avoid this particular location based upon Customer Service and quality. If I could be the hiring and firing manager I would. Terrible service...

I was eating a chicken roll up when I took a bite and found myself chewing on a piece of plastic. You can see the plastic on the upper part of the take out packaging. I tried to push through it but the chicken was so dry and hard it was inedible. My dog wouldn't even eat it. I tried to contact the restaurant but the automated messaging system kept rerouting me to the beginning of the message. This has never happened before as I order all the time but am very upset with my experience.

We got a chicken sandwich, a grilled chicken, and a kid's pasta for dinner. And the food was just barely edible. The chicken in the sandwich and the grilled chicken on top of the salad were so over salted. It was difficult eat. But the worst was the kid's pasta which was overcooked and tasted mostly like water. We tipped the pasta over the sink and saw more than average water pouring from the pasta. The salad part was fine, the potato side was fine, but didn't make up for how bad the chicken and pasta turned out.

Monica didn’t greet me or my family. She didn’t even answer when I asked a question and just handed me the box to go. I spent almost $50 here and wanted to return their bland chicken soup. The man there was arguing with me that I tried the soup and yes, obviously I did try it; wasn’t trying to hide that fact. Unfortunately, this is a predominately Caucasian based restaurant and from being here for the last 30 minutes there was no other race or person of color other than us. So when they did see us they had a rude attitude and were very condescending. (Surprising because they don’t fit into that category either).

Food was cold, salty and overall bad. My kids didn't even want the grilled cheese. That avocado smash was avacado and salt and the Peta bread wasn't toasted. I talked to the front about the food, and they had nothing to say. I asked them if it was microwaved

I had a very simple order, combo kabob and made it a meal. I asked for chicken orzo soup. They gave me chicken and veggie, absolutely no orzo in it whatsoever! Had I known it was a chicken veggie soup I would've saved $5.19 by simply not ordering it! Nothing worst than having your mouth/mind set for something and it arrives wrong. If you don't know how to make it, remove it off the menu. Do better folks it's really not that hard!

I had a HORRIBLE pickup experience. I walked in and waited by the To-Go area. I watched three women order and get their food. A teenage type boy with ugly multi-colored curly hair asked me "what order are you waiting for?" He asked in a rude tone like I was bugging him by being there so long. I spoke up loudly and said "Emily." Then I asked, "how much longer will the order take?" I am a DoorDasher, time is money! Then, without a real reply, he yelled at me and said, "you don't need to take that attitude with me! We are waiting on some pita bread" (or whatever) I sopped listening after he was blaming ME for waiting so long patiently. That's the LAST TIME I'll ever do a pickup order for the Bradley Zoe's kitchen. What a rude kid. I walked out and cancelled the order. I want nothing in return, just to know that the employee will be spoken to on how to treat customers.

I hadn't tried Zoe's Kitchen until recently, as I'm not necessarily into fast casual for this sort of cuisine. However, I was pleasantly surprised and the food was fresh and appetizing and generally reasonably priced. I was a bit disappointed that my recent soup order was largely ingredients with very little broth but other than that, I would recommend the pita selections or salad.
