I ordered on line for store pick up in Altavista, Va. When I picked up, only one guy was working the entire store. He was making orders, answering phone, taking payment for pickups. He did an outstanding job! My order was ready on time, perfectly prepared, hot and delicious! Awesome job young man!

However, after I fully explained the situation; he took time to really listen to my concern(s) and understood the reasoning for my complaint(s). He then went above and beyond to provide a resolution. DO NOT BUY PIZZA HERE!! I ordered a new york style pizza with 3 topping, 1 of the toppings i ordered was extra cheese, the cheese was so thin that it didnt look like it had any cheese at all. The crust was as thin as the cheese. The taste was borderline INEDIBLE!!!! Worst dam pizza i've EVER HAD!! $ 16.16 for a nasty tasting pizza and 3 garlic sauces, WHICH WERE ALSO INEDIBLE!! I will put the word out about this horrible place and its horrible pizza. DONT GET PIZZA HERE, ITS GARBAGE!!!
