My burger was a little burnt, pretty sure they ran an already cooked one back through the track broiler some, request freshly run patties and be willing to wait a little extra to avoid that happening.

Just good food good people. Came in today and the cashier and the cook made it happen for me and that says a lot about the establishment unlike the one down the road that sees customers as numbers only. Wanna give a big thank you to Jennifer and the lady cook that was there too, didn’t catch her name but thank you two very much!!! It was at 4:10pm if that helps, these two deserve some recognition for putting the extra effort out to please their guest!!

F- health inspection, don’t wear nice shoes inside.. watched them get 5 orders wrong while I was there.
My daughter and I went in in ordered food. The cashier was very pleasant, and answered the questions we had for him. Our order was correct. The chocolate shake was very good other than thatThe cheeseburger bun was hard in a burger wasn't even hot, it was lukewarm, the fries were were also pretty cold and the chili dog was not very hot. They were a little bit busy, and we waited about seven minutes for our food and what we expecting hot and fresh food.After that wait.

If I could rate a zero I would. This place was so nasty. The drink station was DISGUSTING!!!! didn't even eat in because the dining room was nasty. Every table was nasty. The floors were nasty. And management didn't have a care in the world about what was going on or about what the place looked like.... The nastiest I have ever seen this place.... 🤮

Something about Altavista Virginia and ordering food from places online, they have a hard time reading the screen and making sure the order is right, even though they have applicable amount of time to complete the order. I don’t understand how they can put regular tenders into a Nashville, hot chicken, tender meal and thank that’s what I ordered. This is not the only place in AltaVista that can’t seem to make a online order correctly either. Every fast food place In this country, bumpkin town must share the same employees that just can’t read. This is not the first time and I am sure it won’t be the last time Till I move out of this small ass town.i order ten normal tenders and 5 Nashville hot and both regular tenders.
