My favorite barista no longer works here and after doing some digging I found out they just fired her while she was off but without actually telling her. The staff that are currently there are super unprofessional. Really disappointed in this establishment. I would’ve put 0 stars if I could.

If I could rate zero stars I would staff Is impatient and rude and cannot follow simple instructions clearly asked for lemonade got a mango smoothie would recommend if you’re looking to have your day ruined

Hometown treasure!!!! I love my Joe Beans! Even when I lived away, I made sure to get it every chance I could on my visits home. If you live in the Lynchburg/Altavista area, seriously, break up with Starbucks. Support local and get better coffee from friendly, hometown baristas.

Since we have no Starbucks or coffee cafe's in town, I decided to give Joe Beans a try. I chose the Caramel Apple latte with low foam and whip. Sadly, there was almost no flavor to the coffee at all! I will probably give them one more try before I decide to veto them. The lady at the window was super nice and provided excellent customer service. Hopefully they were just having an "off" day, or maybe the barista was new??? They do offer a wide range of flavors, and some yummy looking pastries as well. I truly hope my next cup will have some flavor to it, as I love specialty coffee's.

A drive-thru coffee shack, with hot, cold, and frozen drinks, and muffins and cookies (packaged, not fresh).
Often a line of cars. The service is usually quite good. Once in a while when there's a long line, someone will come outside to take orders.
I've had very enjoyable coffees here, and so-so ones.
Very good coffee. Both the French Toast muffin and the blueberry muffin were super delicious!

i ordered a iced caramel macchiato with whipped cream, she didn’t listen well and she made it hot. not iced. this is the second time this particular girl has messed up the orders. other than that. everything here is great

Pretty much always a good experience here. Sometimes the young lady is so busy talking she doesn't really listen to what you order. I ask for no cream and have gotten cream a couple of times because she was talking to her coworker and not paying attention. However, their coffee is great ??
