Ellen made my mocha frappe (which I ordered the Carmel) and put it on the counter. Instead of giving it to me she made other orders. I beeped my horn to get her attention but she ignored me. When she finally came to the window I asked for her name so not sure if her name is correct. She is ALWAYS rude. This is not the first time this has happened. One other lady in the morning does this. They are fast to pull you around but slow to give you food.

I stopped and tried the 2 spicy chicken wrap meal. I went inside and ordered it to go.
I had a short wait. The staff were friendly. They also looked like they were working together to prepare orders!!
I enjoyed the meal too! Another plus for McDonald's!!

My child got a quarter pounder meal large size and it was 15 dollars and some change and when she got it the large fry was a half of box of fry and the burger look like a double cheeseburger in the box ,they have gotten really bad.
Food is ok. Staff used to be great. Now it's constantly getting asked to pull forward or waiting forever to get your food, when you do get your food it's cold or wrong.

Food was good fries were hot the only thing I would suggest isbnot sittiing in the front booth by the kiosk becaus people like to lean on the back of the seat and it's not sturdy at all. Also you will have to listen to the constant beeping of the timers in the kitchen going off because no one and I mean no one shuts them off!

The morning I went to the McDonald’s in altavista Va. it was a good morning for me and the family and thought it might be nice to get McDonald’s. Get there and see a line in the drive through so I decided to go in and it will be faster. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and 2 hash browns. Standing inside for 18 minutes waiting on hash browns. This is just first of many times this McDonald’s has done this and would be unacceptable if I was the owner. To hand out 30 orders after mine that had hash browns in them as well. One question comes to mind when I’m thinking back to this and that is, what makes waiting almost 20 minutes inside of McDonalds for food “fast food”.
