After a rather long wait to even be waited on, my pizza was uncooked in the center/dough like still. 🙃 The manager offered to fix it. No problem! After I got home , I realized and called back. Just seemed like it took forever and then to be not good after receiving my pizza just a letdown, not the first time with this Pizza Hut

If I could leave negative stars I would this location screws your order up every time! I came in and ordered for carry out, was given my order without receipt and when I came home my pizza was incorrect. Buyer make sure you check your receipts because even when they take your order incorrectly they will not admit any fault. Rude management told me My receipt was for a different pizza even they they clearly gave me someone else’s order the manager told me I could drive all the way back to the store and wait for her to remake my pizza period. No discount or even an apology! I will avoid this store like the plague! Last time I ordered delivery and the 3 rd party company they have also screwed up my order. Save your money and order from Dominos!

Staff are always super friendly and on top of things every time I order. Food is always amazing and they are great at double checking orders. The one time I had an issue wasn’t even their fault, it was corporate(who also gave me a complete run around) and the manager, John went above and beyond to fix it for me. Well above what corporate did. Thanks for making pizza night for this mom super easy! You are so appreciated!!!!!

Ordered one pizza for delivery cost me $25 including 20% tip for driver. I never got my pizza and when I call all I get is a useless call center. Never again will I ever order pizza hut and I will tell every guest I check into the local hotel Pizza Hut just takes your money and does not deliver!

Good food, good people. Only qualm is that you have to be real specific about your pizza if you want it to be consistent. If you like undercooked or we'll done, pipe up lol
