Usually I don't have a bad experience with this restaurant but today was something different there were at least 4 employees in back I waited for at least 5 min for someone to come to front. The girl was not unfriendly but she seemed frustrated. I paid for my pizza got home opened box and most of the topping were to one side of the pizza I was upset as I ordered a super Supreme and it looked like it was just thrown together. My family was hungry so they just ate the pizza.

Usually I love pizza hut.. however yesterday I ordered their cheese steak melt. Shortly after eating half of it, I became so sick. It's the following day and I still have not recovered. I'm not sure if I'll ever return, phew. This is awful.

John called me to tell me my order wouldn't be delivered for 1.5 hours and tried to get me to come pick it up. I explained why I needed it delivered and acted like he didn't care. Once I asked him for his name..his tone changed and said he would get it delivered when he could. Still waited an hour. Ordered a Supreme and only had 2 items.
I love Pizza Hut Pizza and when they make a mistake, boy do they go all out for you. They don't make excuses for it. They just do you right.

I had a BOGO Large Pizza coupon in my email for today only use. My husband picked the pizzas up after he got off work. Both pizzas looked great. I ate a slice of the thin and crispy pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. My son commented it was the best pizza he had ate in awhile. Quick and tasty supper...with leftovers! ? Pizza Hut.

I'd like to give a big shout out to the (only) Pizza Hut in Altavista. Last Sunday evening, I ordered a pizza online. About 5-10 minutes after submitting the transaction, a lady who I think was a manager called to say quite apologetic there was 3 or 4 orders ahead of me and there was only 1 delivery driver, and thus it might be close to an hour before I received my pizza. After I told her I still wanted the pizza, she told me she would give me a 10% discount for the inconvenience. My pizza arrived still hot between 30 - 45 minutes after originally placing the order. What great customer service! It was greatly appreciated. ??
