I love my subs, and most of the time I am happy with your work. But PLEASE let your employees know NOT to put the tomato slices next to the bread! Who likes soggy bread for their subs?

I was disturbed by my recent visit to this subway while in Altavista, i still have the sub as well they will not refund me because I left with the sub because I did not want to make a big scene. But I should have once the girl working went outside the door to feed a cat them come back inside and washed her hands for maybe 10 seconds another most and start fixing food! It's just nasty to me because people have cat allergies and cats do give certain diseases etc off of them, it was a stray cat that I was told by a family member that lives in town that they go outside and feed thats really nasty!!!! They should feed it at the end of the night not during business hours while people are trying to eat and enjoy food. I did not eat the sub I called many many times over a 5 day period not once did i get a response or an answer or call back! I was told I couldn't get a refund because I left with the sub that I still have and its nothing they can do! That's sad unfortunately! I have never seen a business feeding stray animals working around food very bad for business! Right at the front door and we have a serious allergy to cats and once you feed them they don't leave. The girl working also had a huge rashes on her arm not sure why but visible. Don't eat here if you have an issue with cleanliness thats pretty gross and very unprofessional Gm to not rectify that issue! I have also told my family who live in the area they will not be going to subway again. There is a sub place on broad street in Altavista with great subs if you live in the area or are visiting as well. And also it may explain why I got sick the last time I ate there when I was in Altvista months ago not sure but I was very sick. I eat subway maybe twice a year if that. Reviews speak for themselves! The reviews aren't as good as they should be 5 star service should always be the goal! It's definitely not here!

I asked for a cold cut deluxe I couldn't even get as much lettuce as I wanted cause it looked nasty , I'm posting pictures so tell me if it looks like a deluxe My husband asked for a meatball with extra sauce 🤣🤣🤣🤣 it was pretty sad. I'll show his to. The girl with funny looking black hair with a frown on her face and false eye lashes needs to work somewhere else cause she's not happy there. We won't be back.
