Ordered two steak grilled cheese burritos, cheese sealing them was lacking. I've had these at many different taco bells, was otherwise right just subpar on the cheese seal.

These guys suck point blank period. We waited an hour for food so we could eat and they still didnt make our food we finally got our food after an hour and a half. Really horrible service

I ordered at 12:11 and still hadn't gotten by 1:06.!!! When I asked for my money back she gave me attitude!!!! I asked for corporate number and they said they didn't have it!! WTH?!?! If I could give them 0 stars I would! They should just go ahead and lock the doors.
They deserve zero stars. Can’t get orders right. Food is old and cold. Beans are NEVER not dried out. Disgusting period. The employees are rude and argumentative if you ask questions. Yikes.

One star for your night crew, 5 stars for the day crew and there are some at the drive thru during the day that are so sweet and upbeat. No issues with orders during the day. But evening onwards we have missing items and super skimped on the toppings.
Tonight y’all completely forgot my taco. And do these nachos look anything like the ad?
