They deserve zero stars. Can’t get orders right. Food is old and cold. Beans are NEVER not dried out. Disgusting period. The employees are rude and argumentative if you ask questions. Yikes.

One star for your night crew, 5 stars for the day crew and there are some at the drive thru during the day that are so sweet and upbeat. No issues with orders during the day. But evening onwards we have missing items and super skimped on the toppings.
Tonight y’all completely forgot my taco. And do these nachos look anything like the ad?

Kiara, Sumaiah, Hunter, and Justin made our night tonight! We came in 20 min before lobby closed and they welcomed our family of 7 with smiling faces and dayyuuuummm good food! It was made to order fresh and hot! I will definitely be back, and a kudos to those 4 who made our experience amazing!

I've been here a handful of times in the past year and they are always friendly and fast. Someone always takes my order or asks who's picking up soon after walking in. I've never had a wrong order or any missing items. Everytime I'm in here there is a different employee on the register and all the employees I've spoken to are friendly.

My husband & I stopped here after A Dr Appointment. This man who is to be 80ish came in same time we did. My husband & I went to the computer was ordering our food. The older gentleman was at register standing waiting on some one come up and they had to hear them say hello finally they came said said we don't take orders. There were no cars in drive through and no else but us. She told the gentleman we don't take order he was up at didn't offer help him at the machine. Just ridiculous the time it took her speak she could have taken his order. I'm sure he would had no clue how to order He was very upset put his money back in his wallet n told her Thank You for your business. That's not how you treat people especially older generation. ANY WAYS not happy as my chlupa was cold not hardly any meat. One on wards far better We dined in

Taco Bell teamed up with the Milk cake company, and is currently selling Birthday Cake Churros 😋 If you have never had one of these gastronomical delights, then run... don't walk to the Bell and try one! A traditional Churro is a deep fried tube of dough, crispy on the outside, and soft and slightly doughy on the inside, then coated in cinnamon and sugar. Considering that Birthday Cake is my favorite food of all time, I was absolutely chuffed to hear about these Churros. I absolutely HAD to go and try one. I was not disappointed, they are absolutely delicious! Fried to perfection, coated in sugar and sprinkles, and filled with sweet dreamy icing, my taste buds jumped for joy! I now have a new addiction, and I can't stop running to Taco Bell to get my fix ☺️

They were really quick to get my food out and it was yummy. I only did a 4 on service bc I ordered something that was supposed to be dipped but I had no dip. Not a huge deal it was still good, just was looking forward to the dipping sauce.
