The food is fine if you actually get what you were ordering, whether that be due to them saying they didn't have the order even when you show them the receipt, or because they give you the wrong stuff. Some of the people there are nice but are treated badly by others working there, making the atmosphere uncomfortable.

If you want to use drivethru you'll get service. If you try to dine inside you get ignored. Waited 20 minutes for my order before giving up and requesting a refund. While they are doing my refund my food showed up. What a coincidence. I stood at the counter and watched them do order after order at drivethru. Ignoring me I had to call out for someone to acknowledge me. I am 6 ft 4 in tall and weigh 260. I am not easy to miss. Do not eat here. Do not waste your time or money. If I could give 0 stars I would give -5

Don't bother trying to dine-in. The doors are always locked or they're "no longer taking orders unless it's drive thru" as the doors are still very much unlocked.Weeks later and you're still waiting forever in the restaurant because drive thru is apparently more important.
Chalupa bread was hard. Had to get another. Light in restroom cut off. Pitch black!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell that I have ever been to. The drink machine in the dining room has a mildew/ mold issue. You can't drink the sodas because they smell so bad. The person that waited on us got our order wrong and when he handed us drink cups he had his nasty fingers in the cups so we asked for different cups , which we got. The restaurant looks like it's never been cleaned and the tall chairs all wobble and no one will fix them. It's been that way since it opened. If they don't try to make these things right then nobody will want to eat here.
