I got the bacon double stack biggie bag. I paid 8 bucks for half a box of fries and 3-not 4, puny chicken nuggets. The burger was fine. I should have went elsewhere. At least give me a full box of nuggets and fries. 8 dollars is not cheap for a meal

The food is horrible no matter what time a day you go!! the place is always nasty,you can also tell they leave the food in the warmers longer than recommended, they are always out of menu items which only says management cant do their job! personally it is a negative 7 and would never recommend it just go to lynchburg if you want Wendy's

Staff was very friendly. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our food and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were not the cleanest but everything else was fine.

We stopped for a quick bite around 6:00 pm. Only one couple in the dining room. The food was cold, the buns were stale and there was no ice in the machines. A timer was going off the entire time we sat and ate our food. Most of the tables were dirty. Garbage on the floor, tables, drink station. There were no napkins or small cups for the ketchup. Very disappointed. There is no excuse for not having a clean dining room. I do not recommend.

I've tried to give this location a chance several times. First time, burger was way too salty and fries not salty enough. Second time, the chicken in the apple pecan chicken salad was tough and rubbery. Third time I tried the wrap. Again chicken was tough and rubbery. This last time, I only took 2 bites of wrap and tossed it. Hour later, im nauseous. I hate to say it, but I won't return to this location. The employees have always been courteous and prompt so I hate to leave a bad review for their sake.

The Unknown Dweller
Your workers downright refused to make the order or to give us a refund on a mobile order for frostees placed later at night. Order number 1281691762 on 6/8 at 12:23 am. It would be one thing if the workers were polite and offered a resolution to the situation, but they were very rude and “closed” the order without making it before we even arrived to the restaurant and we still haven’t been refunded.
I’ve had multiple experiences of poor quality cold food or missing items at this location as well. The salads are alright though.
as a truck driver, my vehicle will not fit through the drive thru, and I was blatantly refused service as the only way I could place an order was walking through the drive thru. Lobby was unlocked, but closed, and absolutely nothing posted about lobby being closed

I can't comment on food as I did not get my order taken. I went in to this location on 7/3/25. I went inside as drive thru had a few cars. I stood at the register fir 5min only person to say anything was the guy on fries. No one came to the register to say hey will be right with you. The person in front whonwaited for there order apologized to the one with the headsets about hither having a bad day. While I waited at the register the guy helping in drive through. I asked is anyone taking orders in the front. He said yes. Inwaited another 2 min as they talked. I walked out as I was left standing there. I am usually patient as I worked fast food. But there should be some etiquette. When you keep a customer waiting.

Went here for a quick bite in the drive thru after a hectic day of running errands. We were already in a bad mood but Jesus h Christ. Does no one care about their job or have the ability to actually pay attention???? First off both chicken sandwiches we got? No condiments and we weren’t about to raw dog a dry damn sandwich. Then my sister ordered a frosty. How can someone eat a dang frost with no spoon??? My sister had a broken foot and had to go inside not once but twice. First for condiments and a spoon. Then her sweet tea wasn’t sweet so she had to go back in to get that fixed. Like sheesh. Stop coming in high to work. Pay attention and do your damn job. They can’t keep decent staff hired.
