Went here for a quick bite in the drive thru after a hectic day of running errands. We were already in a bad mood but Jesus h Christ. Does no one care about their job or have the ability to actually pay attention???? First off both chicken sandwiches we got? No condiments and we weren’t about to raw dog a dry damn sandwich. Then my sister ordered a frosty. How can someone eat a dang frost with no spoon??? My sister had a broken foot and had to go inside not once but twice. First for condiments and a spoon. Then her sweet tea wasn’t sweet so she had to go back in to get that fixed. Like sheesh. Stop coming in high to work. Pay attention and do your damn job. They can’t keep decent staff hired.

Well ill never eat here again, id drive all the way on 29 before I ever even think about driving in this parking lot! I went 2 months ago horrible service horrible food and stopped going for a whole month kids wanted it so I went back, and it was a mistake! I asked for my food cook to order like I always do last week and over 20 dollars worth of food you'd think it would be fresh and me asking still didn't get me fresh food and I asked for certain drinks none were available no strawberry lemonade for 2 days, the sweet tea brewery hasn't worked over a month! Got home food was cold wrong and drinks weren't what I asked for they were alk root beer, went back 2 days later because nobody ever answered the phone ordered the usual and while the guy Montez I think thats his name handed me the food I asked for fresh fries like I asked for and was told to pull up nobody ever brought it out 15 min wasted and got home nuggets weren't even cooked all the way ill attach photos. Fries were disgusting, like nobody in this store cares AT ALL!!!! ASKING FOR COOK TO ORDER IS A CRIME! They act like its too much work. Went back spoke to a manager prior and said I wanted my money back and got back there she started fixing the order again and I said I didn't want it in the phone but didn't refund me, so I asked my kids are yall hungry theu said yes so instead of me going home to cook I took the food!!!! Worse mistake of my life! All of our double stacks had white cheese on them nasty cheese never seen a double stack with white cheese, and some food was hot but not all of it and I opened honey mustard sauce it tasted deadly! It was sour as heck!!! Like it hadn't been rotated out in months or they pulled them out the back of a shed cause they hadn't got a truck order, then they definitely had different colors to them, definitely old sauce I was vwry sick that night headache sick to the stomach and was so ill I went to the hospital the next morning!!! My baby had diarrhea really bad took her to the ER with me too and nobody at this wendys care about what they put out its way worse than it used to be, horrible horrible food bad service you get what you get and thats that! Need some restructure at this store! Its really sad people are not taking food orders serious and dont care,I wouldn't recommend this food for dogs ny n e ignore dog def didn't eat what I threw outside for him the burgers or the nuggets!

Place smelled like marijuana, which surprised the wife and I because we got there right when it opened. The sandwiches we got were old, stale, and ice cold. Won't be back.

They're really trying here. The few times I've been, they're clearly understaffed and overwhelmed. I get old fries every time, though the burgers are usually fresh. This is a manager issue, not a worker issue.

While the food is fairly average for a Wendy’s, I can’t say the same for the employees. I’d rate the service at a zero, and I think that’s generous. The employees all looked like they’d rather be somewhere else entirely, and in accordance with that they not only just left our food on the counter without letting us know it was ready but the order was incorrect. If there was a manager, he must have been taking a bathroom break because the employees seemed zombie-like in their disassociation from the place. No one was taking any responsibility for making sure customers got what they ordered. The establishment was also unsanitary, with a leaking fountain machine ponding on the floor, which was not only wet but sticky. If you value your health, safety, and sanity I’d recommend dining virtually anywhere other than this Wendy’s.

this wendys is pathetic. the workers are EXTREMELY rude everytime i come here. my most recent visit the boy working in the window was extremely disrespectful to me and mocked me. our orders always take at minimum 15 minutes to even get, which is ridiculous. i used to work here and i KNOW that drive through times are supposed to be under 3 minutes. if i wanted to pay almost $50 and wait that long for food i'd go to a sit down restaurant. this place needs to be closed down. it's an embarrassment.

Just closed the doors. Noone was to take order in drive thru and no employee to see around. Ridiculous. Either takes 30 min to complete a order or have a attitude. Just try to repeat a order 10 times and interruption try to order. Just rude ...try to listen your customers that they want to order.
