While visiting a friend in the area we happened upon this diner and were pleased we did. The atmosphere is comfortably casual. Most of the patrons appeared to be regulars and many knew each other. The menu was broad, food was wonderful, the service was fast, the staff was friendly and the prices are a good value. We’ll definitely come back.

My family eats in here a lot... It's just like home here if I'm not cooking here at dogged state I'm at home cooking the same things I love it here everything is almost perfect we work hard too give people what they want I see a lot of good things about dogged state my boss Kim Watley is why this is what it is. And the other big bosses they make sure we have what you want so make sure you tell them what you want it's all about you here.. we are trying to get the bar open so come see us Friday and Saturday night we have food late I keep the kitchen open until 11 so open menu then bar food after 12

Vegetarian options: You ask the waitress or the cook and tell them what you want we will let you know if we can make it or not we want you to have a great time here

Parking: You can park on the side road not the front butt the side road you can park on all the way down

Kid-friendliness: I promise you your kid will be in good hand here The waitresses are great with them and if you have little ones under one you can ask for a little dish of ice cream and I bet you they will love it

Must have been a ghost when I stopped into today cause for the 10 min I was there everyone acted like I didn't exist.

This quaint eatery did not disappoint! My son and his wife consider themselves barbeque connoisseurs, and they were blown away at how delicious the barbecue sandwiches were. My wife got the chicken salad sandwich and offered a bite to our picky-eater granddaughter who ended up eating half of the sandwich - four thumbs up! I got the thick-cut bologna sandwich, and it was as classically Delicious as I expected it would be. All in all, the experience was a huge hit!
