Fabulous place to grab a tasty sandwich or latte and gather with friends. While driving through the area, I needed to find a place to get some coffee and join a zoom call for about an hour. This turned out to be the perfect place! The service was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Other people were coming in to gather. This place also has books, games, and lots of tables and seating arrangements.
My mother and I stopped in for a bite to eat and a coffee. We had a lemon sugar crepe and a bacon egg and cheese. Both were delicious and the coffee was better than what you could get from a chain restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet and there were comfy chairs in different places - all in all a good vibe. I bought some of the peanut butter the owner makes and tried some when I got home. Definitely going back!
My husband and I were passing through Amherst VA and found this amazing and unique coffee shop with the nicest manager and customers. My dirty chai latte with oak milk was flavorful and yummy, and my husband’s Americana with 2 espresso shots and sweet cream made his morning after being on the road for a couple of hours. We also purchased a pack of ground and whole beans coffee to go. Both are delicious! Highly recommend for the coffee and a history lessons about the shop.
