I don’t understand how they can mess up an order in person. I clearly asked for a 6 inch TURKEY Italian herb & cheese sub. I get all the way home and realize they put ham on my sub smh. If you come to this establishment make sure you watch what they’re doing.

I placed an online order so should’ve been easy enough got back to my job to find my salad had zero Lettuce and a pile of chicken mush, lettuce was clearly on the order the very top. When I called to speak to the manager to see if they had let us at Subway, they proceeded to tell me there was no manager that they pretty much weren’t gonna make up for their mistake and I was going to just eat it And I didn’t it looked disgusting

I'm so done with this subway. Every time I get a sub ordered for work and pick it up it has wrong toppings and hardly any meat. I may as well have a vegetarian sandwich.

The two young ladies serving the public were at best unprofessional. With a long wait (approx 40 min) in line, which was absolutely ok, I placed my order, waited for it; during which I was asked if another sub was mine I quickly answered, "Nope." One of the two staff scoffed at my response and also said, "I'm dead." I asked what was funny? I did not get a response. I paid for my order and prepared to leave. I was asked if I wanted the receipt I said no. I was told to have a good night, at which I responded, "You too!"As I was walking towards the door one of the pair said, with about 10 new ppl in line, "She was real sweet wasn't she?" So, I turned around to ask, "In sorry, what was that?" The same young lady replied, "You're presenting yourself very rude." With family in the car and after a more than long wait, I wasn't there to make friends! The police were called because I stood my ground and commanded respect as a customer. I kindly waited for them and shared the situation.I WILL never patron this Subway establishment again. As a PAYING customer, with more waiting, I should have never been addressed with assumptive commentary as I was leaving. There are individuals who are not as level headed but also may be experiencing difficult circumstances. Rude, snide, and unprofessional candor creates hostile situations. You never know who you're encountering. Why I would be treated with anything more than what I came and paid for I'm not sure. But getting upset and being disgruntled towards customers because you have to make sandwiches will never be ok.

Great food as always. Busy at lunch time but the line moves fast.

You need new employees and lots of training. I could of made a better sub than the one that was made for me…. And a couple of the pieces of chicken were brown, yuck!

Would give zero if I could! ZERO customer service when I went in today. I was the one that initiated the typical Hey how are you.....no Hey welcome to subway nothing! The whole time the girl was making my sub she was rude and acted like I was a waste of her time and when I left there was no have a great day....thanks for choosing subway....nothing! Where has compassion and customer service gone???
