I used to love eating here but now the service is not good. There is only one waitress there that is wonderful, but the others are questionable. I seriously think we will not be returning due to this.
We were traveling from Maryland to North Carolina and stopped in for a late lunch. We had Sweet Potato waffle fries as an appetizer and they were great, and for our meal we had Steak tip salad and chicken and broccoli calzone. Everything was delicious, all of the ingredients seemed fresh and the service was great. If you find yourself near Amherst Virginia, definitely stop in.
Saw sign on highway and decided to try Vitos, and so glad we did. The chicken paninis we had were delicious! Wait staff was friendly and welcoming. The chicken was so tender we barely had to chew, and the fresh homemade potato chips were amazing! We plan to make Vitos a regular stop when we travel back and forth to family in NC!
